Quick and friendly service. When they didn't have chocolate pudding for my late night craving, they sent up a Hersey bar with my meal. No charge. Great staff, especially Lee.

Nice hotel. Large building. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. I recommend.

Parking was outrageously priced for what I paid for room.

Room was great, desk clerk got us an upgraded view. All amenities were clean and service was impeccable.

Fairly older property in need of a remodel. They also do not have a concierge lounge of any kind. Finally there is ongoing construction which creates ambient noise on most of the higher floors.

What you expect. But i did get a disposable razor real fast when i realized i had forgotton mine. That was impressive

Friends were staying here and we ordered in room service but their previous 3 rooms smelled like mildew until the relocated then to the 4th floor. Food from The Grill was pretty tasty at least!

Great bed and pillows. Nice shower and bathroom. Pretty expensive breakfasts. 24h workout room.

I Stayed 1 night at this hotel. Nevertheless, the Westin Charged me for an additional night claiming that the room smelled like smoke when I DON'T SMOKE. They refused to refund my money. My bank can't return my money because the hotels policies supersedes theirs. I'M FURIOUS THAT THEY DID THIS TO ME. HOW DO I ROVE A NEGATIVE? THERE'S NO WAY TO PROVE THAT I DID NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOM. Very good hotel, breakfast service undersized leading to long waiting times and queues.

This place is ok. Rented 3 different suites w a great view. Security was harrassing my party the entire night and we weren't even that loud. I'm fact we only had music playing from a phone. Other people there were also harrassed and I wouldn't have noticed them if security didn't just harrass people just walking to the elevator or their room. I hope none of my friends and to rent here again.

I was here for a business conference and was very pleased with my overall experience. There were some ups and downs but overall I wouldn't have think twice about staying here again.
Check in was a smooth process. I had my reservation and everything was pretty quick and pleasant. I recently had just had foot surgery and was in a boot so they were nice enough to give me a room near the elevators so my walking distance was minimal.
Unfortunately for me my second night there part of the ceiling fell down in my room. I was told that a room above me had a leak and that it had water damage that went down in to my room. I asked if they could fix it so that i didn't' have to move but i eventually was forced to move. I was put on a different floor at the very end of the hallway which was a real pain (physically) to deal with. I eventually did ask for a room closer to the elevator again and they moved me again.

Everyone throughout the process were professional and apologetic but it was still a hassle with all the additional moving i was required to do during my week there.

Other than the room, the grounds were very clean. The events centers we used were wonderful. The bar was a pleasant experience to have a bit and drink at. the WiFi was a bit lacking. It was difficult to keep current with my conference due to the very slow wifi.

Again 4 out of 5 stars. I would definitely stay here again. Just an unlucky circumstance for my first visit.

$30 for overnight parking for hotel guest. Need to pay for WiFi (which hotel does that nowadays?) Westin. Front staff looked bored when we were checking in without any welcoming smiles.

It is a nice and clean place, the employees were friendly. I had the opportunity to taste a turkey sandwich that was delicious. Whatever I used was working perfectly, how the elevators, bathrooms, conference rooms. The instructions on how to get to my meeting point were clear and easy to understand. I have not had the pleasure yet of staying here but I would definitely like to do it at some time.

Horrible experience, first when I arrived at the front counter, the gentlemen inform me that my reservation was canceled even though I had the confirmation on my email. While we were at the check in, we got an email from Westin hotel informing "your room is ready". Now to make it even worse, they double charged me for a night stay. Horrible experience, never staying at the Westin again.

I love the Westin in Long Beach, it's always humble there.

Great location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. My room was the only issue, not very clean. It had a melted chocolate like substance all over the face of the dresser with little kid hand prints. Also, some of the plugs didn't work.

Breakfast is expensive for just eggs save your money and go to a nice place instead.

Had the good fortune of staying here a couple nights for work several years ago. The rooms were so comfortable and relaxing. I really enjoy the large windows and well-known comfortable beds.
The service was top notch and the location to the venue where we were working was perfect.
Definitely will come here again!

I was there to rent a car. The Agency was inside the lobby. I was very dissatisfied with the Car Rental Agency associated with The Westin Long Beach.

We loved our stay here! The hotel is beautiful and all the staff we interacted with was helpful and kind. The rooms are updated and the beds are the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in! The restaurant in the lobby is a nice and convenient place to eat at. We will be back!

STOP THE PROTESTORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE LIVE ACROSS THE STREET AND MY HOME LIFE IS CONSTANTLY DISRUPTED BY THE PEOPLE / WORKERS PROTESTING IN FRONT OF YOUR HOTEL. YOU'RE RUINING OUR DAILY PEACEFUL LIFE HERE IN LONG BEACH. ANSWER THE PROTEST OR FIGURE OUT A WAY TO GET THEM OFF THE MAIN STREET AND AWAY FROM PEOPLE LIVING THEIR LIVES THAT HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ISSUES.

Rented a car here as they have a Budget location. Excellent customer service.

The rooms were nice and comfortable. The view was great. The staff was terrific. My only complaint is that the room service food was not particularly tasty. It was still edible, but for the price point I definitely expected more.

So relaxing ambiance, location is clean and soothing.

Found this as a last minute deal. It's a Westin property, so staff is very gracious and professional. Room was quite comfortable with the amenities I needed. WiFi and parking are not free, as one might expect.
Hotel offers a nice lounge, good workout facilities, beautiful pool, and terrific location on Ocean Avenue near everything.

An average hotel in most respects, only more expensive and with a little more gloss to hide that fact. The area surrounding it, thankfully, is full of fantastic places to eat and drink, and downtown Long Beach is generally very beautiful. The first night of my stay I was woken up by employees picketing the entrance and chanting through a megaphone. I don't blame the employees, but I think it reflects poorly upon the hotel and certainly affects my perception of them.

Easy parking, pleasant, clean, spacious. Will go back if opportunity presents.

staff is friendly and rooms are renovated and clean. Area can be rough at times but nice access to groceries and the beach. Westin smells good always

Parking is $15 each time you got in or out or $25 a day. I don't know the cost of their valet. I found a discount and got my 1 night for $132 on a Saturday. I just checked in. I'm sitting on the beds right now and they're comfortable enough, very firm, but I actually prefer firm mattresses. The view and location is superb. Customer service is nice. Their pool up on the roof was fun. It's a lovely, fancy place.

Stay was great. Rooms are nice and clean, a little dated but well maintained. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was good.

Mexican food truck across the street worth a stop. The hotel itself is close to the beach, but the area is a bit sketchy... Be sure to stay on the main streets.

The food menu (especially vegetarian) is very limited. The motel service is very nice and the overall experience was also very good.

Celebrated our sixth year wedding anniversary at this location. Michael the desk clerk was fantastic and all the staff.
