Always comfortable, front desk customer service is always great... however concierge /housekeeping requests over the phone are not always responded to quickly

Sheets not clean, street noise, $50 early check out fee. Staff is nice. Breakfast is an absolute ripoff (overpriced). The least nice Westin I've stayed at.

Had a Wonderful time. Comformable beds, great Front Desk customer service. Well situated, near the beach (Ask Concierge, really kind too). Near metro station. Pool and Gym in Hotel. I totally recommend

The rooms are very nice and the staff is helpful and pleasant. They even provided a guest wellness kit complete with a mask, gloves, sanitizing wipes, and a sleeve for the remote!

I chose Westin because it was supposed to be nice, and this is disappointed. Hotel is being renovated, but the room is dirty. Cluttered with too much furniture, and smelled musty. Disappointing

The room was spacious Clean and the layout was wonderful. I will be back for a personal visit

Great hotel, comfortable bed, nice shower and toiletries. Spacious lobby with plenty of meeting space. Staff was supper friendly. Recommended to get your parking garage ticket from hotel lobby at checkin prior to parking in garage, works out a bit cheaper that way.

Well organized and nice hotel. Just the parking lot is terribly confusing. Not enough signs to get to the hotel part.

Big south-facing room. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast options. Friendly staff. All we needed for a couple of nights in Long Beach.

Our first trip to California, and it took us a while to decide where to stay. We couldn t have made a better choice than the Westin Long Beach. Excellent amenities and superb staff, not to forget the beautiful hotel decor and design. We will definitely be back.

The hotel and rooms were pretty average, but they had excellent customer service.

A lovely hotel, in a great location right across from the long beach convention center and of course the beautiful beach. The rooms are good sized, clean with mini fridge and a great view. Self Parking is $25, totally with it as they give you in and out until 6 pm the next day. If you are Starwood Platinum, you can checkout as late as 4 pm!

Nice hotel but some of the other guests were a bit loud. No fault of the hotel but I am surprised no staff showed to quell the minor disturbance.

Horrible guest service. Horrible atmosphere. If you stay here, be cautious of the security personnel they believe they work for the secret service or something and are quick to pounce. Not a terribly friendly atmosphere. The rooms smell like mold and mildew. The lobby is loud and noisy.

Parking validation is pretty embarrassing for a hotel of this type. The fact that my room key card cannot be used to get in and out of the parking lot is a little lackluster on their part. Wifi isn't free! Seriously, what backwards hotel is this? It's 2017, every reputable hotel offers free wifi. The elevator that leads to the underground parking garage isn't the same as the one that leads to the room floors and it feels like it needs repairs and like it could malfunction at any moment.

It is not a sea facing hotel. 24hrs check in and the staffs are plus points. There is a Budget counter too if you want to rent a car. The Long Beach is close to 600 mts walk.

A grand stay experience. This Westin, like most Westin locations, didn't disappoint. The facility, rooms, staff and amenites and services were all excellent. The only glitch is not the hotel's fault. Because they also host convemtions, as most hotels do, the hallways can sometimes be noisy because of late night party guests. Ask for a quiet room when you book.

Centrally located, within walking distance to The Pike and plenty of restaurants in proximity. Big room and comfortable bed. Have to pay for parking in garage, $25 a night. Pay for wifi too.

The service here is really good, they are very helpful. We stayed in the Executive suite with 1 king bed. Room and bathroom have plenty of space. We also had 3 more premium rooms and are very nice with floor to ceiling windows. The staff put us all on the same floor and made sure we were just about a room apart from each other. Will stay here again forsure!

Strong air conditioning available, with comfortable beds for a restful sleep. Water pressure for the showers was great, provides a large volume of water consistently. The location of the hotel was decent if you stay along the water. Be mindful about walking away from the water though as there are lots of homeless people asking for change. There's a wide variety of food in the area and there are some local attractions you can enjoy, such as the aquarium and beach.

For being a luxury hotel, the love to nickel and dime you. It's 2017. I shouldn't be charged for WiFi.

Checkin was a little slow and the internet situation is odd. But they were kind to give us internet as this was our first time. The room was in great condition.

Very nice modern hotel. Big bright pleasant relaxing lobby. Rooms are great too and the reception staff upgraded me to a bilevel suite, one of the nicest hotel suites I have seen. It is close to the water and has restarts close by.

Awesome only complaint no coffee pot in room. But if u can till 7am free in the lobby. Room was great, pool was fun, staff friendly. Really a enjoyable time.

Clean, well executed Westin formula. Pool is closed for repairs.

The Westin did a fine job of event management for the CAMEO Fashion Show which I was quite involved with. I understand the food was great too but I didn't get a chance to try it.

Definitely a winner! Great service with a great bar!

Room was modern and very clean. The beds are super comfortable in my opinion. The television was unlocked so the HDMI inputs worked with my devices. Wonderful place to stay with dining and shopping within walking distance.

Well maintained hotel area. It is annoying that you are asking for an additional $ 30 parking for being a guest of the hotel.

Seems okay. Was just visiting friends. Breakfast/brunch service seemed very unorganized.

I think I should start with the positives, everything looks good in the room, clean bedroom and an ok view.
Now the neg. For the price per night: No fan in the bathroom , bathroom towels rack is right inside the tub, and without a fan guess how moist they get when you shower.
The bathroom door was not the cleanest I've seen.
Alcohol purchase is $$$$ for the quality of 3/5.
Overall, just ok this time. Maybe if it was cheaper it would justify 4+ stars.

Nice place to stay if you have business in long beach

Good hotel with a nice view and convenient location.
Pros: It has everything you need, and mandatory extras like secure storage, robe, etc. Good beds, towels, clean and spacious room.
Cons: Service is a bit weak, no coffee/tea/water refills, ice machine didn't work on our floor. Room service takes forever.

Had an amazing stay and the staff were amazingly accommodating. We arrived at 7am and the check-in is not until afternoon but they accommodated us and gave us the room really early!
