Enjoyed the Graduation, my Sister recieved Her Master's.

Hate the rain style showers. Ok besides that I guess.

Nice hotel, a bit old, on side is nice but thw other side of the hotel is not auch a nice neighborhood. Still enjoyed my stay.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Beds are soft. Very nice place to stay.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. And very well kept and clean.

No view in the "rooms with a view " and no shaded places to sit under on the pool
Good food though

I was there for a conference. The conferences rooms were amazing, and the staff was super helpful.

The room is lovely, and the staff is nice. My main complaint is that we have to pay for WiFi and that parking is $30 a night. The parking I get, that s pretty normal for Long Beach, but $10 a day for WiFi is pretty lame.

terrible dirty hotel ran by SJW, kicked my friend annie out after her dad paid thousands for the night. SAD!

Common areas and restaurant are very nice. Rooms are very clean and on the upscale side.

A bit snooty. Clean facilities, clean rooms and food was fantastic.

Your typical business hotel. Nothing fancy, but perfectly clean and serviceable.

I checked out early; waiting for a colleague at the Lobby. No coffee there; the hotel breakfast hostess said that I'd have to charge a coffee to my room or pay cash.
BTW the ~$25 breakfast buffet is very underwhelming; I protested and refused it even though my company would have paid for it.

Great experience staying at the Westin! The rooms were comfortable and clean, although they do have the incredibly small bathtubs (the only thing I can remotely be unhappy about). We always seemed to be in our room when housekeeping was in our Hall, but they were extremely helpful, polite, and respectful of our privacy. The food wasnt particularly "fancy" but there were plenty of healthy options and everything was perfectly prepared. Looking forward to more great stays with Westin.

Very clean, comfortable and classy hotel. There's also a lot of great restaurants and bars in the area. If you can stomach the expensive parking prices it's definitely worth the stay.

We booked this hotel for two nights , when we checked in we had a little issue with checking in. The next morning i talked to the manager his name was Jeff after explaining everything he was very PROFESSIONAL and very KIND and UNDERSTANDING . He hooked us up with the best room in the hotel. He gave us the best suite on the roof for the next night for FREE!! They made sure we get everything we want Michaela was so sweet that she added a card wishing my wife a happy birthday. We always go to hotels and find them decent but this hotel is the BEST hotel with the best manager and staff. You really get what you paid for here. We will be coming back for sure!!

Really fast elevators! Had a spring mix salad and unfortunately it was a little past it's prime.

Excellent hotel with some of the most comfortable beds and pillows you can experience in a hotel, its restaurant is simple but they have acceptable food, they include breakfast. Very good service and very close to the boardwalk, free buses that take you and return you. Highly recommended

The food at the restaurant was awesome, but the service, both times we went, was absolutely terrible.

Being a frequent visitor everytime in this hotel I would like to share my experience in the breakfast lobby where as usual i was waiting for my turn & when finally i got my table i ordered my omlette with burrito cheese but unfortunately it wasnt upto my expectation & twice they made the same mistake after making me wait for like an hour however i personally liked the service of ms. Denisse who is so professional & good in her skills. She really changed my mood from bad to good .I think you should have more people like her who can set a good example for others too.thank you..

The Westin Long Beach was awesome. I would highly reccomend it. The staff is nice and helpful. The entire hotel was clean. The lobby and bar area are gorgeous. And the beds are super comfortable. My only inconvenience is that there are no microwaves in the rooms. But there is a restaurant onsite and the breakfast was pretty good. The hotel is in a great location. Within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shopping, and downtown bars and nightclubs. Big thanks to Michael at the guests service for making our stay extra special.

Just finished staying 2 nights here. Service from start to finish was amazing. Friendly, accommodating and helpful. I have to do dialysis every night and had forgotten an extension cord. Called down to the front desk and had one within 10 minutes. You have the option if you skip housekeeping to receive a $5.00 credit or 500 spg points which is a good incentive. Had supper and breakfast at the restaurant and both meals were good. Called for a luggage cart when checking out and the bellman delivered one and helped us down to valet. Stellar service from all employees we dealt with. A very pleasant visit!

Spacious and luxurious for the price you'd pay to stay close to the beach. Rooms are well maintained, complementary bath robe was a nice touch. They have a gym and a pool, and their restaurant offers to re-heat your food in case you don't finish the large portions they serve. Parking garage won't fit a truck, but it is well laid out to accommodate a fully booked night.

Great location in downtown long Beach

The bar has a awesome bartender who makes great drinks .. and has a smoking area outside where you can take your drinks..

One star because I went to the bar area, I asked for 2 Coronas (7 dollars each), and 3 coktails and I end up paying 53 dollars plus the tip to the bar tender. It is insane the prices that they charge for drinks. I ended up with a bad taste about this place.

Always a Great place to stay for a starry night in long beach. Staff & facility quick to answer questions and concerns.

The staff is friendly and helpful, its close to downtown which is very convenient. I didn't like that I had to pay for wifi.

Clean room, but it can hear a lot of what's going on outside the room.

Idiot it outside protesting the whole stay from 6am till dark. Management I guess couldn't come up with a way to make his protesting unpleasant enough to leave. The room smelled from the air conditioner.

The service was good. The say welcome when you come in and the pool was heated!

Hot tub water was disgusting and it needed to be shut down.

Very nice Westin hotel. All the usual amenities such as pool, hot tub, fitness room, bar, etc. Awesome beds. Spacious rooms. Right in the heart of things and great location for conventions.

Loved the room. The bed is definitely what they say it is. Rain showers are a nice touch too. The Location is great, within walking distance of everything.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and well appointed. Great views out toward the port and aquarium. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

The staff was very friendly and accommodated our event with little to no issues. With the amount of people that attended this event, it was still done smoothly. I would recommend events at this location.

Great hotel. Too bad the have to deal with the Union trying to influence people away from the hotel with the giant inflatable bed bug.

Well, besides having to pay $12/day for wifi, which is included at almost everywhere else that has customers, the room was nice, staff was friendly and the location was prime.

Everything was fine,service and every one you met was just great.

This is a great hotel located in a great city. The breakfast is top notch.

The lobby was beautiful. We only stopped in to use the Budget car rental service which was quick and easy.

While I would expect a Westin property to live up to its 4 star rating, this property felt more like a 3 star hotel from the comfort and quality of the rooms and public areas, and more like a 1 star hotel from a service perspective.

The staff seem more interested in doing their own thing and talking amongst themselves than servicing their guests. When we drove up, there were 3 bellmen standing on the driveway chatting and joking around (we had to swerve around them) After we pulled over, they were still standing there as we unloaded our own luggage. As we wheeled our bags towards the doors, one of them finally ran over to help us open the doors. The check-in process was handled by a surly host who did not make us feel welcomed and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her with our arrival.

The lobby looks dated and badly in need of updating. The rooms were even worse. On checkout, there was a lineup of 6 people and it took over 20 minutes to just get to the front of the line to let them know that we were departing. Three girls behind the desks took their jolly time after servicing each person in line, avoided eye contact, and seemed to think that moving stacks of paper around were more important than acknowledging and servicing the people in line.

Overall, one of the worst hotel experiences we have had in recent memory and certainly not up to Westin standards.

wasn't a guest but visiting for an event. wasn't the fanciest hotel but it was fine in every way

I tried to find the best in a hotel except this time my experience at arrive it was Rude, by an employee named Ronnie on top of that he is a supervisor he works at the entrance I really don t want other people to experience someone rude like him I don t recommend people come in here, until someone change my mind

Comfortable, but nothing special. The room took forever to cool off and there was a problem with one of the elevators. Overall, nothing major good or bad

Changed rooms, tv wasn t working in the first one and by the time a technician came and tried to fix it, it still didn t work. We have a special needs kid, so a tv would have helped. Then, our new room was smaller and the tv had a horrible picture on most channels. Also, by that time the restaurant closed. Not a great experience in my opinion. Plus I just found out we are paying $30 in parking, plus you have to pay for WiFi. First time staying here, and last.

The Westin is a very nice hotel. It has a small outdoor pool on the fifth floor which doesn't get great amount of sun. I had a king size bed room with sports equipment (a set of adjustable dumb bells, a yoga mat, an exercise bike, and a yoga ball) because it was the only one available when I went. It's bathroom was nice but simple and the room smelled dusty and old when I got there but was otherwise clean and fine. The TV is LCD and it's remote worked intermittently. The view from the room was poor but you could see the Long Beach Convention Center nicely. Otherwise the view was blocked by another hotel out to the harbor. The location is great! It's walking distance to lots of great restaurants and a few bars. I would give the overall hotel experience a 4/5 which could be improved with a better maintained pool, air fresheners, and free Wi-Fi (which was not included when I stayed there).
