Very lovely, and newly renovated hotel in long beach. Friendly staff, and very clean room.

Little far from the shore, but there are some good restaurant near by.

I loved this Hotel! It is in an excellent location for a complete family or a group of friends. The space was too big and you can play any indoor activities. The food was also very delicious and mouthwatering. You can't stop me recommending your awesome and reliable Hotel here in our area! What a perfect place!

Was there for WPA conference. It was comfortable and had the appropriate facilities.

Dog friendly and senior discounts. Clean, nice decor. Great bed and in room robe. My only complaint is limited in room and restaurant menu for breakfast.

Great view, nice room, the city shut off their water last night, still no hot water in the morning, no complimentary coffee in the lobby, no communication or explanation about the water. Surprised about the water and the coffee considering there are so many competing hotels in the area.

Service rep at Budget messed up and gave me the wrong receipt.

I definitely enjoyed my stay here. The room was fresh, in my opinion. The design was nice and modern. They had nice amenities, a gift shop as expected. My view was hella nice. I was overlooking the ocean and the beautiful palm trees. The staff was very friendly, I had a really great bellman assisting me. Can't remember his name. Everybody did well, I work in Hospitality and I was pleased with my stay.

It was I great day working with some good people at a army party one love to all men and women that served.

Rooms are in need of a refresh, but a solid hotel with full service dining and excellent location (directly across the street from the Long Beach convention center). Be warned, one side of the hotel offers ocean view, the other does not. If that is important to you, make to sure to clarify in your reservation, because it is either water or no water.

I didn't realize that there were still hotels in existence that didn't offer free Wi-Fi, Westin is one of the few I've stayed at in recent history that charges to use the Wi-Fi. Great location though and overall pleasant experience.

Would have been a 4 had it had a decent gymn. Only had 1 handle for a 2 cable system. Doesn't anyone even check the premises.

No complaints. Beds were comfortable and showers were great. Didn't have time to use other facilities unfortunately

This hotel is up to Weston's usual standards. It's in a great spot as far as long beach goes and it's clean and quiet.

Needed to ask FOUR times over 2 days to have my room de-feathered. Absurd. From my call before check-in to some front desk staff that said ""all rooms are de-feathered"" despite the fact that when I checked in, my room had a down blanket and pillows as I expected.... to asking two different people for it to be a housekeeping request while I was at work for the next day. Got back from work and it was still all feathered. It's like they were absolutely determined to waste my time. Ridiculous and disappointing and really negligent. Allergy requests are SERIOUS. I'm so disappointed in my experience here.

Older place but still nice. The beds may need to be replaced, wasn't that comfortable but location wise is great.

Had my wedding block here. Meagan, Kathleen and Jessica were awesome! The fastest email responses ever. They were very accommodating and made the process easy. The hotel is beautiful and has a restaurant/bar, which was awesome for my guests. Its a 5 minute walk to downtown. The suite was great for 2 families and all the other rooms were really nice.

The hotel is in a central location, we had a beautiful view of water and palm lined Blvd from our room. The room was clean. Love the interior decor. Breakfast was expensive and consist of powdered eggs, stale croissants and sausage...when bacon was advertised.

We had a room that had a window you could look out... At the harbour and the lights of the convention complex. Sat on a chair looking out the window. Mediation.

(+) Very attentive and friendly staff. Excellent service. (-) cable service not clear, analogous. Stripes on each channel. Mold in the bathroom and street a little noisy.

Nice hotel overall. We had issues checking in with our large wedding group. Room wasn't ready when promised, waited about 2 1/2 hours to get into our room. Staff is overall nice and accommodating, but did get some attitude from some employees.

This is a great place! The location, rooms, and service are outstanding. I especially loved the fitness center with many machines and a TRX area.

Staying here for a work conference at the long Beach Convention Center. Hotel is within easy walking distance of the convention center and several restaurants. Room is clean and comfortable and there are lots of charging ports both in the lobby and in the room so it's great for a business trip like this. Customer service has been lacking a bit though, especially for a hotel that must serve a lot of convention goers. My room wasn't ready until 7:30 PM even after checking in on my Bonvoy app. The room I reserved wasn't available so I ended up with 2 doubles instead of a king just for me. During check-in each line had two people looking at the computers and looking confused so the line moved slowly. I heard of some guest being bumped because the hotel had overbooked. The elevators to the parking garage aren't working so the hotel is providing valet parking at the self park price (which is still $30 per day...thankfully we carpooled). The front glass is boarded over and is being replaced so there is some construction noise but not too bad. Nice Starbucks coffee in the room and nice toiletries in the room. Overall not bad but I might look into other places next time to see how they compare.

Only went in to get some ginger ale, but it was great while I was there.

Would've given 5 Stars, except Parking charge is a bit higher than expected.

Definitely nothing fancy about this place. The good: great friendly staff, small $ voucher for each day you don't need your room cleaned. The bad: Rooms felt cheap, the hotub contained what can only be described as lukewarm cappuccino, wifi is NOT free, and the service staff union was picketing the front entrance. Unfortunately for the picketers, I suspect that over 75% of people that stay here are on business and don't have much say in where they will be lodging...

my room was very nice, I stayed for 2 nights, and I really can not complain about the beds, the view and the staff was very friendly from the front desk,. up to housekeep people, I enjoy my stay at this hotel very much.

Went to the bar/restaurant to grab drinks with my coworkers after work. Reasonably priced and a decent draft beer selection. Service was great, no complaints.

I always have great stay here. Accommodating stuff and helpful, comfortable rooms, fitness center, pool and jacuzzi available. Great conference area with meeting rooms.

NOT worth the cost! Since this hotel was pricier than others in the area I expected high quality - not the case! The room was dismal - carpet was stained, curtains were falling down, chipped paint on doors, low quality and water stained furniture, there was a mini-fridge but it was locked and not stocked, a burned out lightbulb... not at all what I expect from a Westin hotel! On top of that the service was not up to par - I reccommend just going with a cheaper hotel where you would expect these conditions. I also was expecting free internet (apparently so was Rod Hatefi) but it was not free.

Clean room, no extras. The location was near lots of restaurants and pubs that were within walking distance. Sauna was broken & the fitness area seemed minimal. Short drive or 15 min walk to the beach.

Nice hotel with a good location. But for my entire stay 2 of the lifts were out of order. The internet in the room was really poor. Kept cutting out and very weak signal. Couldn't have a bath the seal on the plug was worn away, so unable to fill up the bath.

Great area in the Heart of downtown long beach. And the employees here are great, rooms are near perfect.

The Westin Long Beach was great. Hotel staff was friendly and got me checked in quickly. Room was in good shape, with an ocean view. The next time I'm in the Long Beach area, I wouldn't think twice about booking at The Westin Long Beach.

Great hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Only con I would have is what they consider a deluxe room seems a little like a normal room. Other then that I'd stay there again.

has spacious room and luxury bar for breakfast or just hangout. nice gym and pool at the 5th floor.
located in great area.food, groceries, pharmacy, and fashion outlet nearby. if you want to go downtown, bus stop and metro rail station just walking distance. nice stay.

Checked in with my newly wedded wife. Brian Edwards was great as a fast easy check in very friendly. Got to my room very clean and neat. Lots of parking. Some view.

Hotel charged for literally everything, they even charged you $1 to just download the TV guide. Sheets were scratchy/plastic like. Nice amenities, pool, fitness center, but beyond that it was a not a great room or bed.

Westin never fails to be good to me... The beds have to be some of the most comfortable I've experienced in a hotel, they provide a little bottle of roll on essential oils to help you sleep.

Very nice lobby. Parking Garage accessibility is quite convenient. Speedy room service. Perfect for walking directly to the Convention Center

We picked it for being dog-friendly . Our pup had a great experience. We loved the list of recommendations for places to eat, dog parks, pet care . Helpful attendants and beautiful location

Nice Hotel, clean rooms and great presidential suite..

It is clean and spacey but it is not perfect. The WiFi is expensive and I feel like WiFi should be for free in such an expensive hotel. In addition we were waken up by the cleaning crew while try entered the room at 9 on the day of the checkout. This should not happen. But overall it is Allright...
