Beautiful hotel is a great location. It's difficult to review because frankly, everything was spot on. Views, staff, rooms, food, even the free happy hour wine tasting. I suppose if you wanted to know ONE THING I think they could do better, it would be to make it easier to get into the building after dark. There isn't a simple key-based lock system on all the exterior doors.

Stay here, you wont regret it.

Great staff from my experience & I would definitely suggest the pasta at the restaurant to someone.

It is one of the best located hotels in downtown Long Beach with full service and very comfortable rooms. Of course, some of the services have been limited because of COVID, but everything is in place. I was surprised to find that they do not have mini fridges in the suites!

Very good hotel serving a perfect breakfast welcoming service staff n cozy well dressed rooms with clear view. Hotel has a good spot for you to explore the city as far as possible with the bus station across the street and metro couple blocks behind the hotel. And you have very nice front desk & concierge to assist you with your trip plans.

I got upgraded to the top floor with nearly 15 or 20ft ceilings. Loved that. The breakfast buffet selection was measly. That's probably a 3 star. Parking was $28 per night for overnight parking. Too expensive at that. Otherwise the location is great and the property is great too.

The room and service was great. It's a 5 or 10 minute walk to the convention center. Would stay there again.

I stayed for 9 days , I changed rooms three times because all the rooms smell musty...

You must go here! It's fabulous and the staff seemed to have been chosen carefully, they are special and super friendly!

I attended the Cameo event at the Westin and was very pleased with the staff that served the event and the dining room area.

Rooms are okay. Lobby has an amazing view of ocean, is huge, and while dated, spectacular!!! You have to see it for yourself. I actually cannot explain the lobby in words. The best I can do is: You just want to be there. Great vibe. Huge area. A bar. As sun sets into all glass facing ocean, it is something to witness. Service was slow as we waited at least 20 minutes to check in. Leaving was a nightmare. Only one exit in lower parking ramp open and automated checkout malfunctioned (we weren't the only ones with this problem). Had to park and go to lobby. Stuck in parking ramp for 45 minutes before malfunction was corrected. Not pleasant!!!

Party room was nice as were the balcony and view. The staff was fantastic... Very friendly and helpful. Minus one star because there was no free parking with validation. Still had to pay $10 to park for a few hours.

Our overnight stay was acceptable, average for a hotel stay. The parking charge sucks and no complimentary breakfast makes this a 3 star. Very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The front desk person was nice. I agreed to a two full with a harbor view instead of a king room that I booked with. That will be the last time I do that. The harbor view was okay but I would rather have the king bed. The room was clean, I didn't have any problems with it. I was there for a Christmas party and the staff that dealt with food and drinks were nice.

Love everything about the Hotel, the service was excellent, I met such a lovely person.

The brand newly renovated rooms are beautiful. The new lobby, when finished in June, will be very attractive and exciting.

I was very pleased with my one week stay at the Westin Long Beach. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The views were fantastic. The hotel is a 3 minute walk from the Long Beach convention center and less than a 5 minute walk from all kinds of restaurants.

The first thing they did was profile me as I walked in the door... Then security came over to me and asked if I were a registered guest , at which point I explained that that would be impossible due to the fact I hadn't checked in yet and seeing as to how my demeanor was at the time they responded with we would like for you to leave the property immediately... Definet two thumbs down for the Westin of long beach.

First room I was given was not clean, second room I was given had a faulty room and then there was not one but two issues with room service. Staff were nice but service was not consistent and no one seemed to know what was going on. Frustrating.

nice rooms. great location close to everything downtown. parking is really expensive but there is plenty of it.

I came in very early to check in to attend a church service, and the staff was gracious and accommodating. I'd like to personally thank my check in counter person who made sure I was taken care of. Sorry I forgot her name, but I wont forget the level of service i received.

Went for a couple drinks at the lounge. Seems ok, service a little slow for midday in a weekend , but fine overall.

Let me check in a couple hours early which I greatly appreciated but the rooms and amenities are outdated.

We stayed 3 nights attending a conference at the Long Beach Convention Center. Staff was phenomenal, courteous and extremely helpful. We had 3 large boxes shipped to the hotel, which they stored for us until we needed them. Upon leaving the hotel, the Valet & Security staff helped us pack everything back up and shipped it all back to our office. Our WiFi was included with the room as was our parking. The rooms were very quiet and clean, and was conveniently located within walking distance to the harbor, shops and restaurants.

Room was decent. Only issue was the walls were very thin. I could hear everything my next door neighbor was saying. probably one of the most run down Westin I've stayed at.

Guest services provided guests with masks if they didn't have some on already.

Im really pleased and satisfied with my stay here at the Westin Long Beach. I was first welcomed kindly by valet at the entrance, and I promptly checked in to my room with my friend who already had booked and stayed at the room. We got one of those high ceiling executive suites - one of the best they could offer. They already had welcome drinks and appetizers and a robe in the room to use.

On the 14th floor high rise came with a view that you can enjoy at any time of the day. The thicker curtains open all the way to the side, and the thinner set of curtains roll all the way up to the ceiling.

Each bed was equally firm and it has a lot of outlets to charge your phone, laptop and whatever other accessory you have. The clock has USB ports also, so you dont have to reach all the way to the back to plug yourself in and waste precious cable length- plug it right into the clock.

If you plan to bring your own entertainment and movies, there is HDMI input in the back, and also a USB port that could perhaps fit a Google Chromecast or an Amazon Firestick. The internet, if you get the faster tier one is able to stream higher quality movies - not the best, but its uninterrupted vieweing.

To use the internet, it requires the room number and i think the last name the room is booked under. If you get the faster tier internet, you can connect up to 5 devices on the same room up to 24 hours depending on when you accept the upgrade. There is also an option to have it throughout the duration of your stay.

The gym is located on the 5th floor- and they provide you with regular hand towels and cold hand towels, too. You'll need your room's keycard to be able to enter. Expect to do more cardio workout here than a full-on weight lifting regimen, but you have a choice between several treadmills, bikes and ellipticals. The pool and jacuzzi is also on the same floor. I havent taken a dip in the pool, but the jacuzzi is always warm, and to make it bubble, there is a knob that you turn which also is also a timer. If the jets stop, just turn the knob more. There are towels on site, and both the pools and the gym is open to use 24 hours a day.

Leaving the hotel was also a remarkable experience for me. You can call the valet thru the hotel phone to summon your car using your room number or the key tags you were given when you drove your car in. You can ask for a late checkout, but just a heads up, cleaning service do go around between times 10 to noon, so you might be getting a knock before your exit. As you leave, the car you valet not only was brought to the front, but it was also displayed very nicely - like WOW.

Westin Long Beach was awesome, and i hope i have expressed efficiently how well they made me feel at home and comfortable.

Aside from some construction that was causing chaos for our business event, the hotel was clean and the food was great!

Very well cleaned! And all the staff were very kind.

The room was wonderful. Very clean and the staff was courteous. My only two complaints: the room did not have any lighting other than a desk lamp in-between the beds, and the bathroom did not have a fan.

Parking is incredibly hard to figure out, and holding on the phone for questions too long. Rooms are gorgeous and the view is as well.

The rooms were clean and prepared. The hotel staff was helpful. The restaurant down stairs has great food, we ate there for dinner last night. All in all it was a comfortable and accommodating stay

Everything was great except for the Union protestors with the megaphone at 7:00 AM. The staff was first rate, supper nice, and very helpful. The local Union started protesting at 7:00 AM and I was hoping to sleep a bit longer after driving 17 hours the day before but the megaphone they were using made that impossible even with ear plugs. One note - the premium Wi-fi was very slow on my phone but just fine on my laptop.

Attended conference as an exhibitor. Parking was easy, signage was good.

Had a wonderful stay here. The rooms are roomy and comfortable. Top-notch beds and pillows. The banquet staff was very helpful during the conference.

We are really enjoying our stay at Westin Long Beach. Comfy beds, clean rooms, heated pool. Their parking garage is confusing at first. Long Beach is busy, but Westin is in a great location so you can walk anywhere.

Very clean, professional, and nice open space. Everyone is very friendly and committed to give exceptional service.

The things that let this place down are no coffee maker in the room, and the guy walking around in just a pair of shorts in the room corridor. They must have cctv in the guest areas so why not jump on this type of weird stuff.

Also, booked a room with a strip view (not referring to the above by the way) and we got a part view of something if you gaze between the roof and fans and the side of the building.
