Went for an birthday event. Ball room was great. However air conditioner in room wasn't working completely.

Most beautiful of the southern cali Westins available. A truely wonderful night.

Sure did enjoy our stay. Right across the street from the Long Beach Symphony!

Check in was easy. Room is clean. Love the shampoo, conditioner, and lotion left in the bathroom. Not much noise. Heard a baby in the hallway at one point but wasn't very loud.

Beautiful hotel in Long Beach. Parking is a bit expensive though.

This hotel was so so. The pool was VERY cloudy and pretty gross. We didn't get in. The room was quite small but did the job. It's located in a great location where there are excellent restaurants and fun things to do.

I attended a one day conference and did not stay overnight. The customer service was good and the facility is beautiful. Wireless throughout, although they don't provide it to non-guests attending conferences in the upper level rooms.

Pros: comfortable bed and pillows, nice sized rooms, great location.
Cons: no hot water (front desk said it was an isolated event, not a routine occurance), room had a significant amount of dust on surfaces, $30/night to park on premises, no free wifi, our room smelled like weed the entire time, only 50% of guests wore masks (employees were not enforcing masking).

Would recommend other hotels in the area as opposed to the Westin.

We've stayed a few times over the past few years here and there is a reason we keep coming back. We were taken care of very well this time, with an upgrade, an early check-in, and a late check-out. Although it was only for a night this time, the room was well beyond our expectations. The toilet was a little loud, but you know it'll move everything when you flush it. There was a creaky door, but that's only a minor fix-it to all the other nice and clean parts of the room. I'd recommend this place even though it can get busy, as we felt we were isolated enough and we'll taken care of.

The room was nice, and the shower was great. Everything was super clean.Very nice Westin hotel. All the usual amenities such as pool, hot tub, fitness room, bar, etc.

200usd per night. Rooms clean&comfortable and close to waterfront.

Responsive and helpful staff. Location has great food options within walking distance. Also very close to Long Beach Convention Center. Great beds. Each room has a fridge which is useful. Breakfast buffet is better than the competition.

Rooms are spacious. Check in went smoothly. $24 for self park

Mediocre Westin that seems to be showing some influence by Marriott management. They still give bottled water snd Starbucks coffee in the rooms, but on a 3 day stay we had to fight for the daily allotment. Rooms at this Westin are tired and in need of an update. Location is awesome as it is right across the street from the Performing Arts Center and Convention Center.

Really nice place, not like Ocean Breeze Club Hotel because there is a spa and a really nice hotel room plus the pool!!!

Everything inside the hotel was wonderful. Lost a star because they don't validate parking in the lot underneath their own hotel.

Good staff But the rooms are a little bit old and my shower was floating all the time until the carpet in my room got wet...

Ran out of rolls during company event at 8PM. Had to wait.

Requested a King-size bed in a non adjoining room. Received a double full size in a room with adjoining door.

Good event room. Dinner was very good definitely not banquet rubber chicken. Parking straightforward and not too pricey. Restrooms very clean.

This hotel was very beautiful. I stayed for 2 nights. You can see the beach view if your room is in the back of the hotel. Very clean and the restaurant is very delicious. The jacuzzi is the best part I loved it and would recommend to anyone !

Nice hotel in the heart of Long Beach....minutes from Aquarium, shopping, Queen Mary ship and across street from Performing Arts Center. Rooms are comfy but wish there had been a microwave. Fridge was included but not micro.

Rooms are a bit dated. Double beds are full sized instead of two queens. Pool is small.

Great hotel, perfect location for the best of long beach

I was not there that long. However, it seemed clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and responsive. The location was good, close to businesses and leisure.

Gorgeous City and amazing beaches. I park and walk around at night and explore all parts by foot... but one of these days i will try and rent one of those scooter things just to try and see everything from a differrnt view! Make sure to walk across the long bridge that takes you from the light house to the Queen Mary and be sure to stop and smell the flower!

Tvs are so old and small they don t have a usb connection. Requested a new iron twice and still waiting. The one in my room doesn t work

Worst Westin hotel ever! I was there just last week....Poor service, found a hair in my dinner, ice cream had chunks (I ordered plain chocolate ice cream $9 for 2 scoops btw). Upon entering my room, the overwhelming stench of bowel movement coming from the bathroom made me nauseous! The room had a weird smell that was worsened when I turned the AC on. Worst part, by my 3rd day there I noticed I was getting a rash on my back, arms, legs and face!!!! That was the last straw, I checked out immediately. I told the front desk all of my issues I'd been having and he made it very obvious that my complaining was falling on deaf ears as he was having a conversation with the other female working standing next to me about his upcoming party...wth Westin Hotel? This is SUB PAR level of service. This hotel is BY FAR THE WORST! Please stay away!!!!!!! This hotel is WAYYYY OVERPRICED and really really really poor service. Did I mention that there were several attendants standing by watching me carry my luggage to my room? Did not offer a luggage cart, said they were all out??? I had 3 average sized luggage and a carry on bag and my purse....NEVER, NEVER AGAIN will I stay here...

Assaulted out front of the hotel and then kicked out because someone else attacked us. Still charged full price for the room that we did not stay in. Bad business.

Clean hotel, easy access to the Long Beach Convention Center. Check in process quick and painless and room service was prompt and tasty!

The hotel looks nice and gives off a feeling of prestige. Unfortunately, there are many things that bring the quality down in my opinion. The biggest ding that I have is that Wi-Fi in the guest rooms is not free. Luckily I was attending a conference and the deal that they made with the hotel gave attendees three tier 1 Wi-Fi. The restaurant is completely outrageous. The cost of a parfait will run you $20. Overall, it's a pretty decent hotel where you will be comfortable and well taken care of by staff but it's the little things that they don't do that way the things that they do do. LOL I said doo doo

Bed was so comfy but refrigerator didn't even stay cold also the lighten in the room was so dim it was crazy

Rooms need a renovation or at least a good cleaning (bathroom was just plain dirty and bedliner as well) expensive for what it offers. Location is good.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Staff was friendly. Security personnel is polite as well even when my friends and I were getting little rowdy. I think her name is Domonique very sweet, she informed us about bars on Pine and places to go nearby. Overall I had a good experience and would come back again.

Amazing, staff was really nice and the room was so nice and clean. Sleeping in their king bed felt like sleeping in the clouds lol. The pool and jacuzzi open from 6-8 and the pools water was perfect. They also let us check in early and I loved that the check out was at 12.

Great hotel. My room was really nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Parking is available in a garage. Location had a lot of dining within walking distance.

One star for location and one for mostly good service. Room was a little musty and house keeping just plain didn't show up one day. Was excited to relax in the hot tub but after getting on my suit and heading down discovered it wasn't working.

For a high end hotel, it was BS that you had to pay $25 for parking and they charge your card $250.00 For "incidentals" (say whaaat?). Luckily, the manager on duty, was willing to work with me. The room was very small, the tv was about 32" (must pay extra for Wi-Fi in room and some premium channels (now the $250 charge makes some sense). On the plus side, room and barhroom were clean and comfortable. Had a view of the lobby sky lights.

Amazing hotel! Love that the pool stays open late and the Gym is open 24 hours!

A great hotel! Dog friendly. Hotel has a gym and a pool. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a resturant and free wifi in the lobby. Staff were very professional and helpful. Hotel is situated close to the beach, shops and the harbour. Will definitely stay there again.

My stay was amazing, my phone unfortunately blew up but they handled the situation with respect and the utmost courtesy.

The hotel location is very good and a walking distance to the beach. Only one restaurant is available but the area is surrounded with cafes and good restaurants. Service and hospitality is good.

Wonderful high tech museum with lots of interactive exhibits for the kiddos (and adults). I would make this a regular destination if I lived in the area.
If you go at a peak time (as we did), be prepared for huge crowds, tripping on strollers, and long waits for certain parts of the museum (like the earthquake experience). However, despite that we enjoyed our trip and look forward to returning (hopefully at a less insane time).

I stayed on the 9th floor for New year's Eve. Great location. I was able to walk to downtown in minutes and bar hop. The room was nice and modern. My stay was very comfortable and satisfying.

Hotel accommodations are average at best. Check in was nice, room size is fine, bedding is terrible, and customer services is pathetic. Our server this morning at breakfast was the only person who was actually attentive since we arrived. I'm here for a conference but if given the choice to return, I wouldn't.

I attended an event and only walked through the lobby, but it was clean and pleasant. The staff was friendly, the bathroom and lobby were clean. The atmosphere was light, fresh and lavish.
