Really nice hotel close to plenty of food, coffee, zoo, beach, convention center, and mall. Breakfast was solid

Nothing to really complain about but nothing to really shout about either. The staff are all friendly and helpful but everything just feels a little dated and lacking in character. My only real complaint was the lack of WiFi in the gym area, which was a pain for me as I use a fitness app to work out. Otherwise a perfectly pleasant stay but won't be racing back in a hurry.

Hotel with rooms rather pleasant. But a lot of noise from the road. It was pretty hot in the room as cool outside. I did not like.
Petot decent breakfast without cr industrial products.
Pool pokey but hot enough. It's already that.

Pretty disappointed- I paid a high end amount for one night for what?? It s January it s not hot out side and I slept with AC on all night at lowest it can go with fan, the room was so warm. I picked this hotel so my three kids could swim and pool is shut down. No times for breakfast anywhere in room looked though all papers no Times for happy hour, not even times for if the pool was open. Pillows were so uncomfortable it felt like they had been through washer and dryer to many times and the stuffing was all bunched together. Hope the 21.00 a head breakfast is good.

Fix the cracked sidewalks ok!...I stumbled with a bump.

Very friendly staff and its very nice place to go and visit if i have chance to go in long beach again, i would like stay again in westin. Food also is good. God bless more power westin.

Really good hotel, bathroom and linen were clean. Good location, only a couple blocks from beach and one block from Pike place (outlet mall)

The parking garage is confusing, the rooms have bare minium accomodations. The girls in the lobby don't want to help. The view sucks. The food there sucks really bad. I don't know how they got above 4 stars. If you are going to pay over $200 for a room might as well get a hotel near the beach.

I had a few reservations about this place after reading a couple of Yelp reviews. Most of the complaints I read were about the hotel being unclean and run down. However, my stay was more than I expected it to be. Not only was the hotel staff courteous and helpful, everything was clean and we'll maintained. I would definetly come back again.

The lobby and rooms were very big and spacious. Everything was clean, neat, and beautiful.

Didn't go to the hotel just went to the Budget rental car agency located inside great place though

When it comes to hotels, I'm very simple I like a bed and the feeling of safety. I prefer to do things for myself and to me this place was fancy! I wanted to make sure you know my level of expectations to know where my standards are. The Westin was an incredible experience. It's the perfect location if you're looking to hit Long Beach Touristy spots, the Queen Mary is close, the beach is close as well as the aquarium and other "basic" spots. The staff is absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond with their customer service, I suggest you go with the vallet even if you normally don't they're fantastic! My room was always clean, the food is great! I suggest this place to anyone who can afford it, it's truly a great hotel and the pools on the 5th floor! I had a great time here thanks to all the staff.

Had some issue with the TV and heater but they responded to it quickly. Great close location to foods and convention center. Plenty of scooter near by to use too

Hotel has the soothing signature westin scent. Lovely room and bed, but lighting is too dim and the tv remote is slow to respond. Gym is reasonably sized and opens 24 hr, and has quite a few machines, but the weights section ought to be facing the mirror (which is facing the treadmills instead). Breakfast buffet is quite uninspiring as is the taste of food and coffee. 10 min walk to a small but good outlet mall of sorts.

Went for a wedding. Parking garage was confusing. Ballroom was nice and spacious.

Good room, smells nice. Good maids, also smell nice. Nice front desk staff, nice elevator. Has a pool and a view. Has bathrooms with real working toilets. No smoking allowed in front but it's California so who gives a flying frick!

Older Westinghouse in need of update. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Quick walk to the convention center, pike outlets, and shoreline village. Staff was always helpful.

Thr budget rent a car place super low budget. Workers need training.

Amazing time, me and my husband stay there for our anniversary since we love Long beach we choose that specific place... Well the bed very comfortable.. I really love this place.....just front desk lady Esmeralda was charging me an extra charge for 1 breakfast , she said I paid for one, I paid for them(2) when I booked my room but the lady next to her, told her, the breakfasts vouchers are here, so she gave her the little envelopes with two vouchers, but just a little mistake other than that I'll come back...thank you

I loved this Hotel! It is in an excellent location for a complete family or a group of friends. The space was too big and you can play any indoor activities. The food was also very delicious and mouthwatering. You can't stop me recommending your awesome and reliable Hotel here in our area! What a perfect place!

Good location, gift shop and amenities. Only visited for a few hours break from an event across the street.

Clean facilities, meeting rooms were kept at a good temperature. I speak from experience when i say some hotels blast the a/c while others don't want to use it

Nice comfortable rooms with good customer service, but the best part is the gym. Modern clean equipment with towels, water, earbuds. Location is good, not hard to get to and close to many things or just a walk away. Government rate made it really affordable, but they do check id.

Great and friendly service. The rooms are very nice and the view of the city is beautiful.

The staff have been very accommodating and friendly. The price was high but was during a big convention so that's normal. They have a good restaurant with a limited breakfast buffet. Food service is quick and reliable but with a limited late night menu. Only downside is how out dated the place is.

Nice location, walkable to nearby restaurants, sheets are not as nice as typical westin, no lounge avail.

Updated my review. They easily over booked they're own place and bumped me and along with many others and were forced to stay at another hotel. I won't be back. Don't stay here.

Excellent service and clean rooms/bathrooms. Close to restaurants and shopping. Parking is a little pricey but normal for the city and the hotel provides a pass for multiple entries.

For a hotel Enterprise E area that is pricey it I was not impressed I felt like I was staying at Motel 6

The place is very magnificence especially on the sunset filled with wild birds and there are cafes widely scattered and suitable for amateur photography

Rating for meetings and group meals only. Helpful staff with attentive attitude in having meeting space set up as requested and equipped as agreed. Good location for medium size groups that would be overwhelmed in larger hotels but need full service ballroom space and meals with either table service or buffet service. Parking is ok in hotel garage although front driveway entrance is not huge. Close to Metro Blue line and the 710 freeway for local attendees. Easy access over to convention center for large group events.

Great customer service at the desk. After calling twice before, they continued to show that we had two rooms booked. Gentlemen at the desk fixed the problem while displaying excellent customer service. Room was clean and comfortable. Especially liked how dark the room was despite that it was on the corner of the hotel. Can't wait to stay again.

Went up to the presidential suite for a birthday party and it had an amazing view. It was not as big as I thought it would be, but never the less it was a pleasant evening.

The hotel lobby is a bit dated. Old carpeting and furnishings. The room had a very very strong musty smell. Called the desk and they had me see another room that was much worse. They changed the filter in the room a/c and they did try to make it better. A for effort. Stuck with the first room but was miserable every morning after breathing in the musty smell all night. The bed not so comfortable and not heavenly as they state. Staff was very friendly. Room was cleaned well each day. Close to many things. They charge for wifi which many hotels don't. Parked in a public lot around the corner for 5 dollars a day instead of the garage at the hotel that they wanted to charge 25 dollars a day. All in all this hotel is not one I would choose to go back to for the price I paid. Mostly because of the musty moldy smell coming from the air system.

Close to the beach and the rooms were clean. No club lounge

From the time we arrive to when we left the staff made it an amazing trip! Our valet David was courteous and prompt. The guys who carried our luggage (Fernando and Carlos) were super fast and so nice. Highly recommend this location. Great view too.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was pretty nice, and the bed was comfy. It was clean, and the shower was a rain style with separate nozzle- so nice. The view was a lovely one of the city.

Nice place. Very close to the convention center and other nice restaurants.

One of my favorite places to stay. Long Beach is a horrible ghetto city, but having this hotel and the nearby downtown entertainment area within walking distance is amazing. Management has always been beyond helpful and it s nice to have a shining gym in the midst of all the filth that is Long Beach. Stay off the beaches though, as on multiple occasions I spotted needles and glass in varying locations.

Very good place to rest, affordable for the area where it is located, has everything you need in the room, iron, dryer, safe, coffee maker, desk, mini room, bathroom with Jacuzzi, have a restaurant and 10 min walk, You have many options to eat or just have fun with the family, ample parking, they have a commercial area for the purchase of souvenirs.

Great location right next to the beach and amazing balcony views at night specially during the holidays. Everything is near by for you to enjoy such as bars clubs and of course the beach you also have the queen Mary just a few minutes away and the aquarium of the Pacific it's a must for you and your spouse or the family.

Check in was fast and pleasant. Room was Uber clean and comfortable, very spacious with two beds. The room is very decent size, with lots of window lighting. The bathroom is well lit and simplest but clean.
This location is Opposite Long Beach Convention centre, there are plenty of shops for shopping, about ten minute walk towards the water, alot of small family run restaurants and cafes, a lot of Vegas options... definitely worth the money!
We walked everywhere! There is public transit running quite frequently, I didn t not take so not sure ...but seems to be very regular.
Definitely a place to check out if looking for a clean, comfortable and Uber quite place.
Downfall, ladies be a bit more aware of your surroundings, there are some sketchy characters around and they are not afraid of approaching you.

I called the direct number to the long beach hotel. I asked questions in regards to is there a $50 deposit then said no, do I have to pay for parking they said no. Well when checking in, I had to pay for both things. I went through this sane experience at,another Marriott hotel. Customer service is horrible and I had a room that they never went to sleep..

The service at the Westin is among the best! I travel at least a half dozen times a year an always look forward to the clean rooms and fresh air the Westin pumps into the hotel. Sometimes pricey, always worth it.

Booked a room with my debit card, went to check in and they said they wouldn t accept my bank card because it wasn t Wells Fargo. My bank card is custom, and my hair is long and I have tattoos. I was 100% denied service base on my looks. My debit card is visa, has a chip and is accepted everywhere I go as well as paying bills, so there is absolutely no excuse. After a 12 hour day of work, at 8:00 at night I was discriminated against and denied a room based on my appearance. I use Westin in SF and everywhere I go, but never again. Shame on these people

My fourth time here and the contemporary redo is holding up nicely. Service is outstanding. One of the few hotels to ever recognize status with emails before arrival and personal greetings at arrival. I can't say enough about the service. The hotel itself is beautiful.

Rooms are clean. Lucky to get a nice view of Long Beach. Attended a conference here. Food and dessert were pretty good.
