Good, comfortable and clean rooms. Great location very close to the Path station. The wifi could be better.

The Westin provided the space and amenities necessary to able to hold a business meeting. Staff is respectful and always attentive.

Would rate negative stars if impossible. Room was located next to the elevator when specifically requested to be away from the elevator & vending machine. No other rooms available. No apologies by staff. Room was filthy. Sheets had stains and bench chair had stains galore- either re-upholster or REPLACE. Free breakfast was re-constituted eggs and bagels. Would never recommend.

The rooms are really great, the service is fantastic. Great location to get into Manhattan as the subway is 2 minutes away.

Amazing room and we had the bad side of the hotel and the view was still breath taking

Nice and cleam room. There's a gym and pool. It's close to the PATH to get to manhattan. The staff is very friendly and the food in the restaurant Fire & Oak is just amazing!
Plus nice view of the Hudson and World Trade center

Nice hotel, great room and location. Only nits: no lounge and there was no Elite line or accelerated check in process, even when checked in on the app.

This is one of the best hotels I ve stayed at in NYC. The service is impeccable. The staff is so friendly and courteous

Great location, being that it's super close to PATH and the rest of Jersey City. A walk down to the river walk is worth it for sure. However, the hotel itself is nice just not up to par at all for the price you pay. I've definately seen better Westins. The staff and concierge were really helpful and parking was very easy to get to.

Chic hotel located on the Hudson.2min walk to a large mall. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and extremely hard-working to fulfill all wishes. The breakfast is good

Lovely place to live and enjoy the tranquility life free of stress in comparison to NYC. I looking forward to the opportunity of recollocating in the near distance future.

Very nice hotel in a decent location, for Jersey. Bed and linens were super comfortable. Not a big fan of those rain shower shower heads.

Would rate less if I could: valet parking is an extra $26/hour when you pass the first 4 hours. Shame you on Westin. Shame!

That train is the worst. More contiguous outlets would be nice. The breakfast area is deceptively non continental. Overall though, it's clean and well decorated / upkept.

Convenient to PATH. Comfortable bed. Courteous staff Only complaint would be that we were upgraded to a higher floor (status)... But our view is of another hotel, not the river!

Very nice location with ample parking for our visitors. Nice bright modern lobby with very nice hotel staff. Atmosphere is very comforting and inviting. Excellent restaurant with lovely menu and staff. We will definitely return to this Beautiful hotel.

This hotel was just extra average for the price and location. They have a gorgeous lobby, but the rooms are just okay, the staff is just okay, the food and drinks were just okay. I've stayed there a few times and it is better than others in the area, but nothing spectacular.

Very pretty hotel in a nice location. Had a nice accommodating ballroom floor for the NYCKS2018.

My room and the common areas had an overwhelming floral air freshener fragrance that was so strong it bordered on nauseating. Bed was fantastic as we're bed covers and pillows.

The Newport room is incredible and the staff is amazing

Our team went to Fire and Oak at the Westin for team lunch. The service was great and the food was amazing.

The rooms are very nice, although the bathrooms could be a bit more up to date. The bar downstairs in decent and the design of the building is sleek.

I loved this Hotel. The rooms were perfect and the amenities were awesome!

Solid option in JC for the traveler. Could also work well as a quieter and cheaper option that staying in Manhattan, especially with the PATH across the street.

The room is clean and the view is good if it is a room with a view of Manhattan. The correspondence of the front is also firm.
If it is a connected room, you can hear the next room's speaking voice and wake up that it is a noisy late-night neighbor.

Conference rooms were clean and well maintained. Hotel was very modern. Easy to get to from PATH.

They charged small additional fee on my credit card after check out. I called 4 time and left voice message twice to their accounting team, but no response. Watch out that they charge on your credit card.

A great hotel that was very comfortable with great views of New York. It was very close to the PATH station, providing easy access to Manhattan. The amenities were good, with a nice pool and gym. The room service was a bit pricey, but the hotel was very comfortable overall.

This restaurant is quaint and romantic. The food is spectacularly delicious. The wait staff was appropriately attentive. Did I mention how delicious dinner was? This is a perfect spot for a special dinner out to "get to know each other better".

Westin Jersey is a very nice hotel located right next to the Newport Mall. Accessible by Light Rail and the PATH train. Near the Hudson River. Rooms and hotel have been remodeled. Always an enjoyable guest whether staying overnight or just meeting friends.

Visited for post-wedding breakfast. Staff was excellent and professional, building was beautiful.

Overall good experience. WiFi is not free. Booked a double got stuck with a single. Oh well still pretty sweet hotel, bed was soft for me but not terrible. Kinda echoy in the room but overall good experience.

Absolutely loved my stay here! I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days they didn't charge me extra for my late check-out and they were on top of new towels and giving extra shampoo and conditioner without even asking :-) also I have to say the food here is exquisite. They make sure you are extremely comfy and can barely remember what home was like.

The front desk was very rude to me when I called but when I went in person they were very nice. Very beautiful hotel and a great view of NYC skyline. Also the fitness center and pool on the 5th floor are very nice

Had a great view on the 4th floor. Price was fair too, recommend to anyone in need of a hotel in the downtown jersey city area.

Ordered 2 deserts at 12:15 a.m and as of 1:00 a.m still have not gotten them. Cant be that hard to get ice cream 5 floors

Hands down the best hotel that I've ever stayed at. The rooms and lobby are incredibly big, beds are a nice mix between plush and firm, clean bathrooms, and a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Anytime I see Westin I will stay for my business and personal travel based on this experience!

Beautiful hotel and with amazing view of the city... depending on what side of the hotel you get. I was in one of the corner rooms (1500) and it was amazing. The deep soak tub, huge bathroom and NYC view was truly spectacular. The valet guys were extremely helpful, but note, there is no easy close parking near by (South Parking several blocks away). The customer service at the front desk is hit or miss, but overall, amazing hotel. And they offer Peleton in the gym (supposedly - didn't use it on my short stay). Overall, beautiful hotel.
