LOVE THE FOOD!! No issues there!! I personally had great customer service!

Terrible service! I never really write review's but this time I had to.
We sat their over an Hr an 30min waiting for our food an we asked out waiter when our food will be ready she said 10 more min. We waited about 25 more an asked again an she told us she didn't know when the food will be out? Really I've been here for over 2 hrs an you guys just blow us off.
Take your money else where.

The Waitress She was great, The Music was nice but the Wait time to get food was suck a bit. I suggest getting newer Food Menu's. The food was good! Just better time management.

Every time I come to Flava, I love it! The alligator bites are so yummy! And they season their crawfish soooo good! The staff is amazing! When you walk through the door, they smile and greet you sweetly. I always love the selection of music as well. It has a chill ambiance and I always have a great time. Highly recommended!

Waited at the bar for service for over 30 minutes all the while the bartender made eye contact with us. This establishment has a smell and tables are not cleaned right away leaving food on the tables! The workers are Ghetto...do not recommend.

Jessica the bartender is EVERYTHING, polite, beautiful, excellent service! Whenever we order something she was right on it! They crawfish is to die for & that s just that on that!

If you like spaghetti sauce on snowcrabs then this is the place for you

Service was slow. Margarita machine wasnt working right so drinks came slow. Everything that I tried to order wasnt available.

Lets just say Not the spot for me I have never had crawfish in grease

Went for the seafood, they stated that they were only serving brunch. I ordered chicken and it was bloody and it was bleeding on the plate,they didn t offer any type of compensation or anything. This was literally the worst food ever,the waitress was great though.

The food was good. The staff was friendly. The owners was not. The restaurant was not busy at all it was only 4 people inside and the owners walked pass us several times and never spoke. They didn't thank us. They just wasn't friendly at all. But overall it was great food and service.

How you gon have Flava-less Crawfish and call yallselves Flava . Crawfish was tiny as hell no spice and drenched in oil. I didn't feel like slapping my momma I felt like slapping myself do better Flava. If you lookin for somebody to come in and turn ya'll restaurant around come to me I peeped yall game and know exactly what ya'll need. Holla!

Never told us about their service fee came to us by surprise but umm never again drinks was good food was okay...

DO NOT GO HERE. THE PLACE IS GROSS. NO ONE WEARS A MASK. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING. YOU WILL GET SICK.

Horrible guest service & took over an hour to get food. Burger was over cooked and dry. Manager did nothing to help the situation. Very unprofessional establishment. Would never recommend this place to anyone not even an enemy. Also over priced.

Awesome menu options and pricing!! Can't wait to try more next time!!

So where do I start, our server Kamairra who s customer service was expectable. She was very knowledgeable of what was on the menu and what was in the darn Island egg rolls. I ordered the Super Platter, crawfish, sausage, corn and potatoes. The flavors were beyond what I expected. Job well done! And coming from me that says a lot!!!! Kamairra, keep up the amazing customer service.

I m never going back there I went with two friends and we got pat down and they checked our bags we already had to pay to park I never been to a restaurant that had to pay us down like we re criminals and the food I got wasn t what I wanted I don t usually write reviews but this restaurant is big what it seem on Instagram and the restaurant inside looks ratchet for them to be doing all that and it s not all that

The seafood is on point! And the drinks. The patio allots for hooka and a DJ on Friday nights. Great seasoning and FLAVA on the seafood but not on the jerk chicken meal. I had to leave off a star because the jerk chicken was lacking flavor and there were no plantains. If you re a lover of fried seafood, this is definitely a spot to check out!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do NOT eat at this restaurant they had us wait 50 min for our order in the drive thru when there was only 1 car infront of us. They charge a service fee of $6 ( ) and then NONE of the food was fresh. It looked reheated from dayss ahead. Yet all of the food was cold! Not even lukewarm. We ordered 2 entrees and 1 appetizer, total came out to $41 smh. The employee was super friendly but our money was wasted. We will never go back here again. Even though we live less than 3 min away.

it was ok. the food took forever to get and no one attends you when you walk in. if there's seats available then sit. that's what i was told.

The food is good but the customer service from the waitresses can most definitely be improved especially when your being charged 20% gratuity on your bill, if your customer service isn t good you shouldn t receive anything.

Order the seafood platter with 2 lobster tails, 10 boiled shrimp, 2 clusters, & 2 sausage Now when you think of a seafood boil, you think of good savory hot food... Nope that wasn t the case, our food was extremely cold! And we had to send it back. The shrimp weren t not boiled all the way. They were very soft. The food was medium temp. I still had hope because the drinks were ok.... But when the tab came out they had the nerve to charge a 20% gratuity. Why when it s only 2 of us. Now remind you I am big tipper. I have work in the restaurant industry, but you can t make anyone tip anything, especially when you have to pay $10 to park plus your service isn t really up to par. Never again will I be back. I could have went to a 5 star restaurant had better service & better food

I came here tonight (Sunday) for the first time and it was GREAT! I sat at the Bar and the Bartender (I think his name was Christian) was very good.. he always came by and asked if I were doing good. And there was this other Bartender, her name was Geysel was so sweet to me... this was an over all great experience.. oh! And the fried catfish was fantastic!

Food is excellent in very cool and relaxed atmosphere... Great food and music..

Come here if you are not worried about sanitation or corona. Let all your worries go away for a night and have the time of your life, the last time of your life because this place is gross and you will get corona. What is social distancing? The people at Flava don't know and don't care :)

The service was good, the atmosphere was good and all the reviews that I read on the negative or completely fabricated.

First time and last time. They wanted us to buy a bottle or leave.

Came on a Sunday evening. Not many people were there and still waited 20 minutes just to get a menu.

fresh Food something for all ages. The food and service was great! Good drinks the servers were high energy and very attentive. I would highly recommend this place

0 out of 5 STARS. DO NOT EAT HERE. TERRIBLE SERVICE and attitudes. I waited over 2 hours for my food (wings and fries) and was told the tickets got lost in the kitchen and they had no idea what happened. Never ended up eating. Super ghetto. I spoke to 2 different managers. All other customers there seem to be experiencing the same thing and was very upset. A man that did not work there seem to be walking around with a pistol on his hip and was grabbing on it when some other party walked out the restaurant and they all ran out after them. I feared for my life.

Shut it down by Social Ousting ...Flava is taking advantage of Covid and they are no better than the people who stockpile toilet paper and try sell it at 3x the price.

Super cool spot, would have given 5 stars but I had to pay $15 to park, in a parking lot equivalent to a McDonald s parking lot

I ordered the chicken & waffles. The food took abt 30 mins to come out, but the chicken & waffles were worth the wait.

If you're looking for a club okay but something to eat I don't think so they tried to charge us $200 for a booth outside with no tables inside you only had that one option

Service was terrible, we waited 1hr for our food apparently cause a group was having a birthday party & their order had to go first. When the food finally came it was cold and very small portions for the price. I had the jerk chicken . Will not recommend.

The vibes here are so chill. The staff is very friendly. The patio is so cute and the heaters are very warm. The food is really good ! I would definitely be back here !!

When trying to give a new spot a try goes wrong .....If I could give this place no stars I would. They were not staffed for the crowd that was there . We were there for 3 hours ( crazy to wait I know ), but the server was very polite and did the best she could (checking on us ever 30 mins was not cool). I was highly disappointed from the wait time on the drinks 30 -40 mins in which it was not a lot of people there at the time. It took over an hour to get our food . At one point we were told the kitchen had shutdown due to overwhelming of tickets , but they were still taking orders. After complaining about the wait we finally got our food, but all of it was not delivered to our table only to be told another 20 mins for the rest of our order to come. Maybe I ll revisit in the near future only if the service has gotten better, but right now I d say spend money elsewhere.

I read the comments before going here, but my cousin just wanted to go.. The service was horrible. I think everyone at our table had to ask for something (5 of use) The food was ok nothing to write home about.. The tip was put in the bill, if it wasn't we wouldn't have tipped.. as we wanted for our tickets the bus boys 2 of them came by to clean the table, sweep under the table as we sat wanting on the tickets.. Also this is not a family place to eat. The women waitresses to me are not dressed for family.. I wasn't ready I add that because no one has.

I went for my birthday. I really enjoyed myself. The manager was really cool and took care of us. Thanks flava for showing me a good time.

This place had the best vibes. Great seafood entrees and cocktails. There s a dj on the patio during the weekend and the happy hour specials are all $5. Can t beat that

I would rate 0 stars if I could. First of all, we came in at 3pm. There was only 5 tables with people. We ordered our food and waited about 40 minutes. 2 of 7 plates came and they said that the other food was coming out. 60 minutes later the other food came out and my food and another persons food was not there. They said it was coming, by then the first orders were cold and they did not want to replace the cold food so we could all eat together without us paying for the extra food. By then, I still had no food.
My food never came and when we tried to explain to the servers and manager they were rude about it and acted like it was our problem.
The owner finally came out and tried to help but he said our tickets weren t even back there. They kept saying that the kitchen was backed up since 3 but all of the people that came after us were getting food before us. I ordered 6 wings. How hard is it to make 6 wings?
MORAL OF THE STORY, DO NOT EAT HERE.
THEY SUCK SO BAD.

I ordered food and they were open online, but after my order went through I was called and told my order was canceled. I need my refund. That s messed up.

Service was terrible. We were charged to park and told there was no cover to get in. Once we got to the door the guy said $10. Once inside other people mentioned they didn t have to pay. We inquired with manager and he max up a lie stating there s a cover after a certain time. When ask that time he look at his watch and stated after 12, which was bs. He then proceeded to say he had no control over the door. Which was also bs. Never will visit again when back in Houston!

Me And My Girls (Dream Team) ENJOYED THIS PLACE. Food was amazingggg! Love the customer service here! Definitely coming back.

We seen the pictures on Instagram and had to come check them out. The atmosphere is open and chill, the music was nice, and bathrooms clean. I ordered the $35 - New Super Platter. It didn t take long to come out, the sausage was good! The corn and potatoes were decent. The crab were tasty. We had an issue with the crawfish, asked to speak to the manager who was very polite and made it right.

People are getting COVID from this place. They aren't practicing social distancing, they aren't wearing masks, and they aren't operating at reduced capacity. No wonder you refused interviews when every Houston media outlet showed up. I have reported you to the state, county and city authorities.

The food is great. I ordered sliders the French fries are amazing I also got catfish filet it s yummy and their seafood is good as well.

Ordered pickup through DoorDash and Flava cancelled my order without notifying me. I drove all across town to find out my order was cancelled. When calling, no one picks up the phone. It was 4:30pm on a weekday. It was not busy. Horrible customer service. Will never try again.

I like the restaurant, the setting is nice, the music is good, the staff are very welcoming, and my food was so good, but it took longer than expected to arrive, but as a new restaurant I'm sure they've got a few things to figure out. Can't wait to go back.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Service was terrible. The servers had an attitude and were rude. It took several hours for us to get our food. 10/10 would not recommend you re better off going to long john silvers.

Food was excellent had a very kind waitress. But the customer service was very trash had so much miscommunication between different people .

I ordered the shrimp etouffee and oxtails. The etouffee had no shrimp and the oxtails were not tender. Food overpriced, not worth it and they charge a 15 percent service fee if you dine in or have a drink.

Great music. Food was mediocre. The shrimp(6) on the seafood platter were very small but the fish(1 piece) was season and fried well. The boiled shrimp looked pretty but they were flavorless and almost cold. They charged 30 cent for butter to dip the shrimp in. Also there was a service charge applied to the ticket that I was NOT aware of until checkout (mine was $10) . Plus a $5 parking fee. Everything is the exact same as it was when the place was named Beaux Coos . Nothing has changed. I will never go back again.
