The rooms were nice. Room service food was mediocre.

They have not only managed the westin brand well but also upgraded it. The staff are very friendly, food is awesome (expensive though) and the view from the rooms is unparalleled.

The room and the lobby were nice and clean, but paid internet and local phone call lessen the appeal.

This hotel was beautiful. I wish we had a better view than a building rooftop, but i understand that, in a city, not every room can have winning views. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and even helpednme when I realized i had left something in the room as we were leaving. It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and there was a usb port on the clock. Had a great stay!

Titanium Elite and I can t get free breakfast? Only $10 off? How many stays does it take to get some actual amenities? 1000? I can get free made to order breakfast at a Hilton Garden Inn. Very low rent of Marriott.

I would like to say that I had a beautiful time on my vacation. Let me start by saying I travel around the world, and I never met someone in a hotel somebody so kind and passionate about his work. His name in Tracy Mattheus is an engineer at the Westin Hotel in Jersey City. He came to assist me to fix the air conditioner in my room. He was a very pleasant man and he made me very welcome at the Westin Hotel. And for that reason I will recommend any of my friend of Canada to stay at the Westin Hotel.

The Westin Jersey City is a beautiful hotel and the location is perfect. Walking distance to the water front and light rail. The views of the water front and New York skyline are amazing. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very clean and the layout is perfect.

Excellent rooms! A little pricey but the staff make up for it. Stayed here on and off for a work event and never had any issues. Clean and fashionable.

Visited the hotel for a work conference. The meeting rooms were nice but not entirely conducive to meetings in terms of their layout. The food was acceptable but nothing special.

Best hotel in NJ . The restaurant is one of the best hotel restaurant I've been to and I travel a lot !

I was there for a Christmas party, the food and the service was great

1. Key cards would not work in the elevator. Many people were complaining. I had mine changed 4 times and finally the manager had to come and open door with his key card for me after several phone calls. 2. My Air conditioning was broken and we were freezing. I called registration and it took a while to address this but they finally sent someone to fix it while we were in the room. No apologies. I felt like I was in the third World and not in a 4 stars hotel. This was definitely a must never repeat experience for me. 3. The restaurant did not have high chairs for my son's. They had two and they were both being used by the table next to us. They finally brought one that was too small for my tall 2 year old son who could not fit in the chair. I will never never ever stay in this hotel again. I have stayed at the Westin in Alexandria and it is fabulous.

Nice hotel close to NYC. To get to Manhattan, there is a PATH station 1 or 2 blocks from the hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. We had a partial view of downtown Manhattan. The only problem we had was that the maid forgot to give us new towels and washcloths on our last day. All in all we had a nice stay and would definitely consider this hotel the next time we go to NYC.

Good hotel, but food prices are a bit higher than other places

I stayed in two nights. I am glad and appreciate the manger of the Westin. I received a good experience with a fantastic service. The room has incredible views to New York. I will try hard to back again.

Room was clean. Service was excellent. Complementary front lobby water was excellent. Only minor complaint was that there were not many electrical outlets close to the bed.

Very nicely appointed hotel. Rooms are generously sized and the bathrooms are as well. The over all asthetic is tasteful while not being too fussy.

The hotel staff went out of their way to find some triple antibiotics for my wife at 1am. The rooms a spacious and we'll appointed!

The representatives here were so helpful during one of the most stressful times of my life! They called me right away to help me navigate the PPP program. Excellent service!

Great hotel, close to town. However, very chlorine-containing water

Hotel is convenient for a Giants game at MetLife Stadium. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is good in the hotel bar. It's easy to get taxi or Uber from the hotel. The staff was attentive. It did take almost an hour to get back from dinner in Manhattan.

We have good time stay there the only thing the hold off my 5th star is they don't have our room ready to 5pm and our trip plan got all screwed up. FYI the parking garage no belong to the hotel it is 3rd party but it is clean and safe.

Extremely comfortable beds and luxurious bedding. Loved my stay from beginning to end. The location is also very central.

We are staying here today... A ginger ale a bottle cost $3.20 parking was 25 bucks and using their WiFi was $10 for each device... A complete rip-off!

Love the location only downside is the shuttle stops early.

I stay here often and have had three bad stays in a row. Loud noises, dirty rooms and slow Internet which costs $10 a day. I stay there because a corporate rate, if I was paying, I would head somewhere else.

The staff is friendly and always professional.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel, which I've done probably half a dozen times or so. The staff is always very friendly, the restaurant attached to the hotel lobby is very popular and one of the better local options for food and drinks. I also really like the bar area for an after work drink or to grab a quick bite for breakfast and Starbucks coffee.
