Stayed there recently. Don t stay. Had to ask for 2 different rooms due to hair in the beds. Service was decent but can t make up the lack of cleaning

Excellent place, delicious food, as well as elegant and sophisticated space to share with excellent people too .....

Worth every penny to stay and especially to eat as well. As the most hotels were booked (because NRF) I had to take another location. Suddenly the Trump rates were so attractive that I could not resist. You will feel a very warm welcome, very professional and nice employees are taking care until you are in your room. The view on the CP is outstanding. As I was a bit too late for the restaurant I could manage to order Main Lobster Roll and Cheeseburger from the room Service. I must admit, it was a well sized, very beautiful prepared and very tasty dinner I had in my room. This was the best room service I had.
My room was as well almost perfect from every angle. Also the SPA was nice, but it is not comparable to my German/Swiss understanding of an Spa (Sauna/Steamer/etc.) in terms of size (tiny), temperature (below 70 degrees C) and it wasn t even a mixed one available. But I enjoyed my stay and I had even after the checkout access to the Spa. Great first time in New York.

Room was fantastic and the customer service is top notch. This location is spot on. Customer service is second to none and the rooms are amazing. Central location makes it easy to get around and amenities are top notch also. Parking garage is courteous and professional also.

We stayed here for a few nights during a visit to NYC. Highly overrated. Dirty and boring for all the hype.

Couldn't recommend the Trump steak more highly! Well done and smothered in ketchup, perfect! The taco bowls are good too, but I still prefer to get mine at Trump tower. Best this side of the "wall!"

Very good service, a very diverse staff and all very professional and friendly. Amenities are terrific.

Very nice hotel with amazing location location in the heart of NYC and a great view and f Central Park. First We stayed in the park view suite, then we upgrade it to the executive one bedroom suite with park view in the 17th floor which was something else.

I found a bed bug on the bed and another one on the couch. very disgusted. they weren't even surprised when I called the front desk.

This is a good hotel to be but you can do better if you like hip and cool. It is good for tourists and such but if you want a happening evening inside your hotel you may want to go elsewhere but do not get me wrong......it is good!

I only visited the lobby area, as I was there for business. It's a truly impressive venue though. It definitely lives up to the hype. I doubt I could afford much more than a trip to its lobby.

Great loot but lots of people come here so it's pretty easy to get one-pumped.

Stay here for a short stay wasiting the plane . The waiting time at the time of arrival also takes a long time to check in. The room is beautiful but very ordinary. The lights are also confusing. The bar people are friendly and helpful food and menus are great.

Staying here now. While our first impression was good, we noticed water damage in our room and molded carpet which is disgusting. Not pleased for this price.

Incredible hotel with a amazing view of Central Park and a perfect location in Columbus Circle.

Great location, friendly stuff and overall great hotel

We travel Europe once a yr for the past 17yrs. Been everywhere in Europe, at Trump International hotel in Columbus Circle we were treated great by the staff. We are middle class working people. We will return there next year.

Quite amazing hotel that pays attention to the small details. Absolutely the best beds ever. Convenient to central park and metro. This is the place to stay!

I went to Jean Georges with some colleagues and was blown away by the quality of food and professionalism of the service. Truly a memorable experience that I look forward to repeating.

What can I say? You expect the best and you instead you get a superior experience that sets the new bar for " The Best". Hands down best Spa in the city! From services to an elegant staff that is very accommodating, you will not have a better experience anywhere else in NYC!

Stayed here for couple days.....wow..service was amazing...front desk people were super!!!!! Everyone working here had smiles...felt so welcomed when I entered the front doors.

This hotel is great, everything about it from the staff to the lovely rooms and the food was excellent. I have never had an issue at any of Trumps hotels and i have always had the best of the best experience. It is a shame that people are taking their ignorant political views to their reviews. Some are actually contradicting, one person said they didn't have any Spanish people there and another said no one speaks English, which one is it? At my time of stay i saw every ethnicity there and as a Latina myself i can't complain about the people or the language they spoke.

Dinner at Jean-George hasn't changed in years and was over expensive

Trump tower was very cool. It was huge. It was also tall. PLus it had the daily planet globe outside. That was neat. I am a a fan of Superman. He is a hero. I now like Donald Trump because he likes Superman, I hope they film the next superman at trump tower. They could rename it the Daily Planet. It was a very beautiful building. It was also shiny. I liked looking at it.

Overall Excellent. Can t ask for anything better then this Hotel.

My wife and I love visiting various TRUMP properties as they are all unique. Trump International Hotel NYC was comfortable. Our room had a great view of central park. We will definitely stay again.

The food is way overpriced and not that great. Hotel room was not clean as expected.

wonderful location and through our Exclusive Resorts membership we had a 2- bedroom suite overlooking Central Park. the staff was especially attentive and helpful, from those who settled us in to the concierge. we had come 20 years ago to Jean Georges Restaurant so every meal, beginning with breakfast, was superb. excellent food and service and I'm not easily impressed. can't wait to return!

Came for Jean George's restaurant for a birthday dinner. Ordered the signature and summer chef tasting. I like that diners can choose a different chef tasting, unlike other places. But overall the food compared to Le Bernardin is not as tasty.

Everything was wonderful! Staff are very attentive and kind. Late night dining was a huge hit. I will be back!

Fantastic service. Everyone I have come in contact with really gets service. The are spacious, elegant, modern and very comfortable. Love the over-sized towels, the gold amenity kits, the lovely welcome amenities and fast response to requests. Feeling just a little spoiled!

The service in the restaurant was fantastic and the food was delicious!

I ABSOLUTLY LOVE THIS HOTEL!!! Service is great and the amenities they offer are amazing! My family was a little uneasy about staying at this hotel when we travelled to New York due to the political side of the hotel but as soon as we got here we took back everything bad! Housekeeping was very nice and did an amazing job of their turn down service. Room had an amazing view and was newly renovated

Food was good as advertised, some of the entrees were a little bit SALTY. The desert was really good. The dessert alone is worth it.
