A wonderful experience! The staff is phenomenal !

They will not book an appointment here without a credit card. I could not book online so I had to call and make an appointment. I did not feel comfortable giving my credit card number over the phone and was unable to make an appointment due to this. I found this as a very poor customer experience.

What a hidden gem! This spa is in the beautiful Surrey Hotel but open to anyone. The ambiance is above and beyond any spa I ve been to in NYC - they make you feel like royalty. The spa sells their own line of anti aging products (I wanted to buy them all!) and offers specialized facials, massages and other services. Phil was amazing (I feel like a new person! Best massage I ve ever had in NY!) and I loved the complimentary botanical bar in the spa (delicious healthy snacks and tea). This spa is truly an oasis. Treat yourself - nothing compares to Cornelia!

Below average facial. Maladroit and clumsy application of products and massage. Cornelia products don t smell good. Why not use someone else s line? Left annoyed and not relaxed.

There are just much better high end spas in the city. I asked specifically if there was a shower available and was told that there would be one in the service room. There was not. I had to run home oily after the massage to shower - not exactly relaxing. Also there is no relaxation room - it s just a waiting area for the appointments. There are no robes, so even if you did want to sit in the waiting area to decompress after a service you would be sitting oily in your street clothes. I d recommend the peninsula or baccarat as much, much nicer facilities within the same price point

Great spa within the Surrey Hotel. You don t need to be a guest to make an appointment and the private spa rooms are fantastic.
