I had a "deer accident" right before Christmas. It was very inconvenient (very busy time of the year for me) and I needed to find a car quickly.

Chris helped me to find this awesome 2013 Chevy Cruze. He really listened to what I was looking for (characteristics and $). A few cars and lots of patience , and he found the perfect car for me!

I am very satisfied with the customer service (sales, management and administration) and I recommend this dealership. It is a very friendly and professional place. Just tell them what you want and they will find it for you.

This is my second new vehicle I have purchased with Josh Kinbrow. Josh is an outstanding person who always gives you the best buying experience you would ever want. He is kind, courteous and very caring. From start to finish he went above and beyond to assure that I received exactly what I wanted. From the buying to the financing, Weber Chevrolet Granite City took very good care of me! I love my 2018 Equinox!! Thank you Josh for treating me like a queen. First off, I don't like buying new cars because of car salesmen. I have this built-in notion that they're all out to get your hard earned money and to only cater to themselves. I went into Weber GC to look at a new car that would better suit my family. Matt Yarbrough came out to greet us and I immediately had my shield up and was pretty standoffish. All that changed after talking to him for a bit. We actually had a lot in common with each other. The one thing that stood out to me was that he was a true family man and he saw that in me, too. In the end, the wife and I were able to find our family car and Matt was able to make that happen. I went in thinking that he was trying to 'get us' and walked out with a friendship.....and a pretty sweet car to boot. The family and I would like to thank you Matt Yarbrough for making that 'dreaded' experience an actual pleasurable one.

I've had my vehicles serviced there and purchased a new one in February. KJ and Jason handled the sale, and were willing and able to get me the deal I needed when other dealerships wouldn't. Everyone there makes you feel comfortable, & goes out of their way to also ensure that you're 100% satisfied.
I HIGHLY recommend you give them a chance to meet your needs, whatever they might be!

I came into Weber Chevrolet not knowing what to expect. I had specific requirements that needed to be fit for me to trade in my current vehicle. I met with Jason Haug and a couple hours later i drove away in my new vehicle! He evaluated everything i needed and not once gave me the impression that i was asking too much. For once everything went very smooth and never did i feel i had to give up any of my requirements due to pressure. I had a great experience and now i'm in a great, reliable vehicle!

I went through the trouble to set an 11am appointment to have my car checked out for a check engine light only to find out that don't care about your time. I left at 11:45 and my car hadn't been looked at. Will never use their service department again not will I consider shopping with them. Can't trust anyone who doesn't respect my time.

I was very happy with my experience at Weber.
I had a fairly good idea of what I wanted within my budget and there was no point I felt pressured to look at anything else. Mike and Zac helped create a laid back atmosphere while still maintaining a proper level of professionalism.
The entire process was smooth and streamlined. Customer service is obviously extremely important to the entire staff.

Service-dropped car off at 8:15 am for an oil change. They dropped me off at work. Car was done at 10:30. After receiving several phone calls from several employees, one stating driver was on his way, driver never showed. Had to have someone from work take me to get my car.

Wade Hampton was a great Salesman. He treated us like he'd known us his entire life. Everyone at Weber's treated us like family. It was a wonderful experience. They treated us fairly on my trade in and the price of the Acadia I purchased. It was such a great experience that my husband bought a New Chevy Truck from them 4 days later.

Steve Hughes - is the man. Have been shopping around for a vehicle for several months and found a few cars we liked however the sales people became very pushy and wanted to close the deal then and there. Steve took his time, presented the facts and explained our options then let us decide what is best for our family by giving us time to think about the purchase. Could not be more impressed, top notch personal service and highly recommend!!

I purchased a 2016 Chevy Equinox. This was a great experience! There were no hidden fees that raised the price when we began to talk to our salesman, Jim McKechan. This has unfortunately been a common occurrence at other dealers we have visited. Jim was very knowledgeable and helpful with our questions. We were also given a good deal on our trade without hours of negotiating and headache. This made the experience very easy and pleasurable. We will highly recommend this dealer to other people and will be back next time we look to purchase a new vehicle!

I am the proud new owner of a 2016 Chevy Spark LS with just over 9500 miles on it!! Went to Weber Chevrolet Granite City and Tim Biby hooked me up. I went in there with a very tight budget and needed a dependable car with low mileage, not an easy find. Was originally $11,900 but he got it bumped down; his team got me better financing than the loan I came in with; financing that came from the same credit union that denied me a car loan EVEN WITH a cosigner(s) a couple days before when my Dad and I went there due to my TERRIBLE credit; as a part of the deal they added on a Preferred Tire Care package; also included is a 6 year 100,000 miles powertrain warranty. I am beyond impressed with the end result of this long search that could have been solved neatly and MUCH more quickly had I just went to this guy in the first place. Thanks so much!

Weber Granite City should adopt the motto of Aim to please for that s what they do and they do it well. My whole experience through out the entire dealership is what has kept me returning for years. They make you feel like family.

I posted the following paragraphs and one week let...

I posted the following paragraphs and one week letter I received a check in the mail refunding my money. Had to change my rating from one star to five star. Thank you Weber Chevrolet for doing the right thing. (They did not even ask for me to revise my review.)

I had electrical trouble with my Chevy Tahoe. They were very nice, however they charged me the $132.00 diagnostic fee which they explained to me they could not actually do because I had an after market radio installed.

The tech said best guess was that it was a radio problem and recommended disconnecting and did. Drove away and at first light in four lane 55 mph the Tahoe died, no power and dangerous situation one mile from the dealer and since they closed at 6pm and it was 6:02 they did not answer. Handy Ranken auto tech came to rescue and said it was battery cable connection which after jiggling truck started.

Took back to Weber, explained and asked them to reconnect radio.

in conclusion

Did not do the computer diagnostic.
Charged me the $132.00 computer diagnostic fee plus tax.
Car broke down in dangerous place one mile after leaving.
Took back to have radio reinstalled.
Two days later entire car began shutting off and on door locks going up and down in 70 mph traffic.
Problem solved by audio tech in Alton who inspected all wires and fuses.
Never going back

These guys are overpriced AND need better lenders, saw a used truck in their inventory and gave it a test drive, then spent 2 hours filling out paperwork only to be told no banks would take me with my credit. Then I went somewhere else a week later and found a newer truck in better condition for the same price and was approved and enjoying it now

Steve was very accommodating and upfront from the start. I traveled five hours to purchase the truck so Steve knew I didn't want to be at the dealership long. I was in and out in a jiffy, with a great pickup. If they weren't so far away I would use them for any vehicle I purchase in the future.

We had a problem with our car that we bought from Matt Yarborough . I called Matt and he responded immediately. I set an appointment , and took the vehicle in for extend warranty work. The service department could not have been easier to work with. The service writer kept me informed every step of the way through the entire major repair process and even found a leak I was unaware of that would have caused major work down the road. All in all it was a very positive experience for us. Matt even followed up to make sure we were quite satisfied with the repairs. I can not say enough nice thing about this dealership. I live in Saint Charles County and there are plenty of Dealers within 10 minutes of my home , but Matt came recommended through work and it was worth the extra 20 minute drive . We saved considerably on the front end of the deal and the service at this location has always been stellar. I would encourage folks to give them and Matt a chance at on the purchase of your next Chevrolet. A very satisfied customer , Bruce Holt.

Being from Missouri and having only bought in Missouri it was refreshing to be able to buy a car for what it was advertised for. In MO there are always discounts advertised that most people don't qualify for, that was not the case at Weber Granite city. Tim Biby was great as a salesman and didn't pressure me when I wasn't sure which direction I wanted to go with my new car purchase. The finance team worked diligently to provide the best financing they could and I was pleased with the hole team. Give them a look next time you go to purchase a vehicle.

Weber granite city was fair with trade in value and price of escalade.

Started test drive on a saturday at 245 Finance done and keys handed to me at 535 Escalade was warmed up, full tank of gas and car spotless on handover. Dealership and sales person Chris Vanderbunt are highly reccomended

Drove an hour and a half to this dealership on friends recommendation.

First service on my 2013 Cruze was quick with no problems. Checked for recall issues. Prices for minor auto services were posted on wall in full view. Ford dealership did not have posted service prices. Plan on buying my next Chevy from this dealership. Thanks guys for all you do! Highly recommended!
