I brought in my 2014 Chevy Impala for a protection package that I bought when I purchased my car from this dealership which was also a wonderful experience. They told me that they would need my car the whole day but would give me a loaner. True to their word, my loaner car was ready and they completed my car long before the end of the day. When I first checked my car, in the service advisor(Ricky) was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a few things other things that I needed checked out and he added them with no problem. I picked up my car and they had checked everything I requested, completed what they promised, had it washed and sparkling just like new. They did an excellent job and I'm so pleased with the service and staff here. I would highly recommend their service department weather you buy your card here or not.
