Made an appointment to have tires installed two weeks in advance. I drive here, and already I sense problems. They have no recollection of my appointment, nor even if it had been made. Tried to use the "internet is having problems" excuse but still not acceptable. Had received daily updates about my appointment prior to day and thought they would have ordered.
