Horrible, horrible experience. Went in and test drove a new car. Talked through everything with the salesman, his team leader. Made sure we could use our own financing and still get the same price. Went home. Came back to buy the car later with the financing we got. Price changed because of it. They lied to our faces. The price on the website is apparently not a one low price for everybody. Went and bought happy. Very pleased with the other dealer. I shopped for cars, visited 11 dealers over a month. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE of the lot. They also bad mouthed other car dealers. I will NEVER shop at Walser again and I talk to others and let them know. Bait and switch.
Recently went to this location to take a look at a new vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with Johnny Sutherland and he was one of the most nice and easiest salesman I ve ever worked with. He kept everything so simple and had me out the door with a new vehicle in no time! For my first car buying experience it was amazing. Everyone was very nice and will to help whenever they could! I know already I am buying my next car there. The free lifetime power train warranty is outstanding too!
Selection was good, and the sales person was friendly and helpful. Until the part where they try and add on all the 'extras' for the car rust protection, dealer insurance; then he became almost confrontational with my wife and I when I said we did not want the extras. We felt very uncomfortable, and will not come back.

My husband and I just bought a 2015 Mazda CX9 after a traumatizing car accident. We weren't really ready to buy a new car yet so we were very unsure of what exactly we wanted and went back and forth a lot on new vs used and different styles. Kirsten Butala helped us every step of the way and was honestly AMAZING. Very understanding and helpful, called several times to check in on us and the claim process with our accident, looked up every single car, detail and price we asked (and there was a lot! haha), and made the process very smooth for us. She even stayed super late with us on Tuesday, even though her kids were at home waiting on her, when we finally decided on the car we wanted. My husband and I are very picky about where we spend our money, and we both give Walser Mazda and Kirsten 5 stars for their superb customer service and the way they run their business!! My son and I were looking for a used Mazda 3 hatchback for his first car. Samantha was the only sales person from the dealerships that we visited that actually kept looking for a vehicle for us. She stayed in touch the whole time we were looking giving us cars to look at. We ended up finding one in a different dealership but in the future will definitely go to Walzer Mazda and will no doubt try them for servicing the vehicle.

This dealership had me sold within minutes. If you're planning to buy a car from here I strongly encourage you to work with Mick Erickson. An absolutely great guy who puts you at ease and makes you feel comfortable. Something that Mick didn't do that every other car salesman had done before him was put pressure on me as the buyer. He never did this and I couldn't be more thankful. He simply had my best interest at heart and wanted me to make the decision. I didn't work with anyone else in the dealership just because I didn't have to, Mick took care of it all. With that said, I am confident the rest of the staff is just as great. On top of the stellar customer service, the dealership is extremely clean and organized. I've been to too many dealerships that just don't make the effort to provide the aesthetically appealing and professional look that Walser Mazda does. Terrible service. Failed to disclose oil leaking into engine after two diagnosis there. Chad service manager never called back after 3 attempts to reach him. Went to the location and was discriminated against and treated very rudely by Chad. Asked for his manager business card and he wouldn't not provide for one. Terrible experience!

I bought a CX5 from Jennifer in August- she was great to work with- very knowledgeable, no pressure, and very pleasant. there was an issue getting the car to pair w/ my phone and Brett (GM) worked with Mazda to resolve the issue. I d like to take a moment to bring to your attention what I found to be exceptional customer service by a few of your staff. First off, I purchased a used Mazda from Brian Collins last week. I found his no pressure method in dealing with me refreshing, and it is the single most reason I came back and bought a car through him. Matt (the Lead, from my understanding) was really pleasant, and I appreciated his compliments when he was talking about my trade-in vehicle.
I went to Morries Mazda, due to their proximity to my home, to have a second key cut and programmed. While there, they brought to my attention an issue with the inner front right tie-rod. I was heading out of town for my daughters high school concert, and I stopped by Walser to talk to Brian about it. Both Brian and Matt were already gone for the day, so Michelle Eberwein came and spoke with me. I explained to her what happened, and she asked for my key and took my car to the service department. She came back shortly thereafter, and she said that the technician looked at the issue, decided that there was minor play/give to the part. She said that the part was in stock, and your tech could knock it out by 5:00 PM. Understand that this was 3:00 PM on last Friday afternoon. Michelle checked in with me several times during the next 90 minutes and explained the progress of the service right up through the alignment.
I was really pleased that I didn t even have to ask that the issue be fixed, and actually surprised I didn t have to beg- a car dealer stood behind their product!
Being in a service industry, I recognize the value of great guest relations. I understand that some things can be taught, but I also recognize that some people are inherently kind and pleasant, and that seems to be who you fill your dealership with- and as far as I m concerned, this didn t go unnoticed.
I always go to Walser when I need a new car. They have the best customer service, no pressure sales people and a good car selection. I am a Mazda fan so Walser Mazda was my choice. First off, I hate salespeople...HOWEVER Iryna Matheis was nothing of the typical sorts. She was just herself, didn t pressure me to purchase, was patient while I thought through my decision making and the best part was that she owned the same vehicle I was purchasing. I walked away with a 2016 Certified CX GT, and I couldn t be happier with my purchase! My only gripe is the non negotiable prices, but apparently that s a Walser thing. They made it up with the lifetime warranty though, so I m cool. Thanks again Iryna for your help and professionalism!!!
I normally don't even leave reviews but I just wanted to throw out there that my buying experience could've been better. These guys did not even ask me if I wanted a guarantor for my loan, nor did they ask me how long I wanted the length of my loan or go over the amortization of the loan. There are SEVERAL hidden dealership fees in my loan that should not even be there. I'm an accounting major and finance minor and I know what a buying process should look like, this was not how it should have gone! At the end of the day, the guys were incredibly nice, seemed knowledgable about automobiles, I got what I wanted for trade-in, and I left with the car I wanted. I just wish this could've gone better. Thanks for the friendly service though.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and had a negative experience in terms of the follow up customer service. After the purchase, it was very difficult to connect with the sales team to discuss concerns with my vehicle. I scheduled a service under warranty that was a week away, and they canceled the day before the appointment. My warranty then expired. Coincidence? I think not. Rather than returning my calls, I was told to call back later when they were not as busy. I specifically advise my friends and family to avoid Walser, and suggest you avoid them as well.
My car was considered a total loss after being reared ended... I was dreading shopping for a new car. Nate W. was AWESOME and PATIENT while I tried to figure out what car I wanted. Thank you Nate and the whole team at Walser for making it a smooth and painless experience!

I am beyond excited! I went to Mazda last Friday just to see if I would like the Mazda CX5 or CX9 and of course fell in love with both. Was greeted by Aldo Garibay right when got their with great customer service! He was great at answering all my questions and showing me EVERYTHING I asked for which was a lot! I came back Saturday to work with him and again he was great! I test drove both cars.. Aldo showed me all my options and made sure I was very happy with whatever I wanted. The customer service at the service shop was great! would give that a 5/5...so welcoming, helpful and easy to deal with! But when I got my car back, my glove box was on the ground and scattered everywhere and my center console aux cable was ripped from the port. (no reason at all for them to be in there). Now the aux cable doesnt work from the damage (I understand it's only a $5 cable but..still it's the point behind it. I shouldnt have to replace my own property that shouldn't have been touched in the first place). Just nervous if this was how my car was left and given back to me..how it was treated behind closed doors to it. Disappointed.

I purchased a used vehicle from Walser Mazda on November 25, 2015. I drove down to the lot to look specifically at a vehicle I had seen online. When I got to the dealership, I was looking at the car and Dana Schimke came out to ask if I had any questions or wanted to test drive the car. I test drove the car and started the purchasing process. Everyone could not have been more helpful, and fun to work with... from Dana, to Ethan, even the woman at the reception desk who advised me to try the coffee machine, while I waited. Even though I plan on keeping this vehicle for quite some time, I will always keep Walser Mazda in mind when making another vehicle purchase.

I bought a car from this dealer and at the time of the transaction, I was shown a clean Carfax report. Months later, I discovered that there was accident history on the vehicles Carfax report.
When I initially contacted the dealer, a manager named Jesse was apologetic but insisted that they could only offer market value on the car (which was now lowered thanks to its accident history) and was adamant about trading in the vehicle at Walser Mazda for another one. Somehow, the salesperson Alex also got wind that I had filed a complaint and called me on a personal/non-dealership phone line during business hours, which was completely unprofessional.
I was not offered a favorable resolution until calling the Walser corporate office. If you are thinking about buying a car from this place, please make sure to save ALL of your paperwork including the Carfax.

Recently I had an opportunity to do a lease upgrade through Walser Burnsville. The lease manager reached out to me and was very helpful and quick to respond to all questions. I then went to the dealer at the Burnsville location to test drive a vehicle. Stephen Flemal greeted me and was the most courteous gentleman I have met in some time. Sales people are trained to take care of customers, but Stephen clearly is more than a sales person, he is a very conscientious person with a lot of integrity. He took a great deal of time to make sure that I was aware of all of my options and did not try to pressure me in any one direction on what I should purchase. He wanted to make sure that I had what I wanted and needed in my price range. I did take some time to decide on my selection and was disappointed that Stephen was not available to close the deal with me. I asked several times if he was available, but was informed he was not working when I came in. I was looking to but a new mazda cx30 select package and I was tight on budget. I looked around at several mazda s around but all said a select package cannot be sold for the price mazda walser quoted me.
