My husband and I just bought a 2015 Mazda CX9 after a traumatizing car accident. We weren't really ready to buy a new car yet so we were very unsure of what exactly we wanted and went back and forth a lot on new vs used and different styles. Kirsten Butala helped us every step of the way and was honestly AMAZING. Very understanding and helpful, called several times to check in on us and the claim process with our accident, looked up every single car, detail and price we asked (and there was a lot! haha), and made the process very smooth for us. She even stayed super late with us on Tuesday, even though her kids were at home waiting on her, when we finally decided on the car we wanted. My husband and I are very picky about where we spend our money, and we both give Walser Mazda and Kirsten 5 stars for their superb customer service and the way they run their business!! Thanks for a great experience guys!
