The customer service at the service shop was great...

The customer service at the service shop was great! would give that a 5/5...so welcoming, helpful and easy to deal with! But when I got my car back, my glove box was on the ground and scattered everywhere and my center console aux cable was ripped from the port. (no reason at all for them to be in there). Now the aux cable doesnt work from the damage (I understand it's only a $5 cable but..still it's the point behind it. I shouldnt have to replace my own property that shouldn't have been touched in the first place). Just nervous if this was how my car was left and given back to me..how it was treated behind closed doors to it. Disappointed.
