This review is long overdue but I feel that it is still important to share my experience so that someone else doesn't find themselves in the same situation.
First, let me say that I am very skeptical of reviews as you generally only see feedback on polarized situations (very good/very bad). I wish my experience was normal and middle of the road but it was unfortunately terrible - but I promise I am not exaggerating and my experience is 100% real.
I would also add, if you bought a new car from them, I would HOPE you had a great experience and nothing went wrong because it's a brand new car.
However, I bought a used Mazda CX-7 from Walser a few years ago and it was the first car buying experience I had ever had and I was navigating it alone, without assistance from my parents or anyone with experience. I was also moving across the country in less than a week and needed a new car. Knowing both of these variables, Walser completely took advantage of me and sold me a car that had had the master cylinder replaced not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES in less than three years. If you don't know anything about cars, a faulty master cylinder leads to faulty brakes. Less than a year after buying the car, I found myself pushing the brakes to the floor, with zero braking happening, which is extremely dangerous for myself and others. I had the master cylinder replaced once myself before the issue started happening again a year later, like clockwork. The dealership I was working with at the time admitted they couldn't find the root of the issue and offered to replace the brake booster for $2k - I said no thanks, and walked away.
Any respectable dealer would have seen the maintenance history and acknowledged that something is not right and the issue needs to be escalated back to the manufacturer if they can't figure out what's wrong. Walser did not and instead, they sold me the car - I'm sure gladly, as it was a lemon they were able to get off their lot and make an astronomical profit off of as well (the loan plan they sold me had an incredibly high interest rate and I only saved myself thousands of extra dollars in payments by paying off the car years in advance). I know, this is the auto industry and that's the way it goes, but the multiple master cylinder failures are unacceptable.
Long story short, check the maintenance records and/or don't buy a used car from them. Maybe new cars are still on the table since they have a warranty.
Long story shorter: I would recommend not buying a car from them at all.
We will never buy a Mazda in general again because of the overall horrible and costly experience we've had.
