I went in to look at a 2016 CX5. Of three salesmen sitting at a table Jacob Rothers jumped right up to help me. He was so pleasant to deal with and NO pressure at all. He answered the many questions I had without any feeling that I might be wasting his time if I didn't buy the car. He didn't pressure me into the extras either but I'm glad he showed them to me, and I did purchase that also, the protection package. I am 60 years old and have done a lot of car shopping and buying, and I hate it. Jacob Rothers made it a very pleasant experience. He sincerely wanted me to have the best experience with Walser, even if in the end I might not have bought a vehicle. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a Mazda. - Elizabeth

After that, I had a concern, brought the vehicle right back, and they took care of the minor problem that was under warranty. Great service too!
