Recently I had an opportunity to do a lease upgrade through Walser Burnsville. The lease manager reached out to me and was very helpful and quick to respond to all questions. I then went to the dealer at the Burnsville location to test drive a vehicle. Stephen Flemal greeted me and was the most courteous gentleman I have met in some time. Sales people are trained to take care of customers, but Stephen clearly is more than a sales person, he is a very conscientious person with a lot of integrity. He took a great deal of time to make sure that I was aware of all of my options and did not try to pressure me in any one direction on what I should purchase. He wanted to make sure that I had what I wanted and needed in my price range. I did take some time to decide on my selection and was disappointed that Stephen was not available to close the deal with me. I asked several times if he was available, but was informed he was not working when I came in.
