My Absolute Favorite Hotel. It's been a bit since I've been back but I hope to visit soon. Perfect room! Beautiful Facility. Easy Street Parking that was safe! Nice staff. Great food and a heavenly Bliss Spa.

I used a Visa Rewards credit card and they didn't know until I told them I did. They didn't really know anything about the rewards. It was the only reason I booked my stay there. When I checked out I was informed the free breakfast couldn't be used via room service. Sounds like they are going to try and remedy that but not sure yet. Regardless, the staff are very nice and not always the type at a hotel like this so I appreciate that. Would stay again but worth noting what I did.

Not what it used to be. Not worth the $330/night. They say the entire hotel has been remodeled... It became a party hotel instead of a high end hotel. Modern looking but with cheap finishing and details. King size bed is more like an oversized queen bed. Room service still good, fast and good food. Do not recommend. Not staying there again.

Had a room for over a week. They did not tell me at check-in that the bedding and pillows were feather. After i could barely breathe for a half a week, I asked them about it, and they confirmed it was feather. Then they said they would not be able to change the feather bedding until tomorrow.

Walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbor s normal conversations as if they re in the same room as you. Literally. Really annoying especially if you re even remotely a light sleeper.
Only reason I m giving 2 stars is the space is alright and customer service was ok - note that the room and car service staff were amazing though!!
When I called down to ask about the noise there was no apology or willingness to try and fix the situation just, oh that must be from the ventilation or something. That was it.
I m scheduled to stay one more night, but will either need to change to a quieter room or checkout early.

Rooms very dated. Asked for an upgrade as we checked in at 10pm and were only staying the night...they wanted an additional $100. The dud however offer us free WiFi. Staff on check out was very nice.

My coworkers and I stopped by for drinks at the bar on a Tuesday afternoon. The service was kind of slow that day despite not being overly crowded. The bathrooms by the pool were well maintained and clean. The photo booth in the lobby doesn't work. It takes your pictures, but doesn't email them to you like it supposed to.

Overall a good and clean hotel but no amenities and not as comparable to other W hotels like Dallas, etc...

Quick check in and check out, comfortable beds, and complimentary water - that s it.

The loud music in the lobby can be a little annoying. The rooms near or across the elevator could be noisy every time the elevator move.

Upon checking in we were offered a room upgrade as an spg gold member. They actually bumped us up to a loft suite on the penthouse (top) floor, and delivered my gf a birthday gift. Unfortunately theres a maintenance room behind the loft floor's closet, so you can hear rolling carts and lots of moving around. We asked to switch rooms and were accommodated very quickly which was great. STK lounge is in the lobby and had a small crowd Saturday night. Parking is restricted in the neighborhoods behind the hotel, and limited to meter around the front near Westwood. Close enough to Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood. Would recommend for a short stay.

Great hotel with affordable price. Their "social hour" with free drinks worked as a great warm-up before my husband and I left for dinner. Great location with lots of options of dining and things to do. The staff was kind enouugh to allow us to leave our luggage in the hotel for four hours after checkout, so we had a chance to go out before heading home.

Rooms are slightly outdated and in need of refresh in near future. Customer service was great. Google maps not correct about parking, there's no self parking, valet parking only. There's a small parking lot at the corner of Hilgard and Weyburn if you want to save money.

Let s do this as the Good, Bad, and Ugly . First, the Good . The hotel is in a great location, and the room rate was reasonable. The bar is really nice, with nice server and really good food. The room service was prompt, and the food was both good and nicely priced. The Bad , well, the whole thing has the vibe of a Ramada Inn, but with better mood lighting. It s as if a hipster vibe would make up for what is otherwise an unremarkable mid-market experience. Might be good marketing for millennials, but doesn t make up for an overall middling hotel. And the Ugly was pretty ugly. It took minutes (literally) to get hot water out of the taps. The sinks were so shallow (but trendy!) that you couldn t put your hands under them and wash. The lighting overall in the room was worse than bad, and even in the bathroom was totally inadequate. The mini-safe didn t work. The bedside electrical plug didn t work. The HVAC didn t allow different fan speeds, and the minimum temperature allowable was 68 degrees. There was NO COFFEE MAKER in the room. Really? Even Motel 6 gives you a coffee maker in the room. There was internet service, but it was $15 a day, and didn t work well. Overall a very disappointing experience. The W will be my last resort hotel choice.

A great venue, with great employees, and even greater drinks. I didn't stay at a room, but the event there I was there for, was super fun! Despite the level of luxury this place had, I never once felt as if I was out of place or out of my social or economic element. SO looking forward to any and all events at this venue in the future! And to any possible conversations with the employees there (which were nothing but awesome and welcoming)!

Great stay on a Saturday night. Got upgraded to a corner suite, likely due to my SPG plat status. Nice room with very large living room, although only 1 bathroom in a rather odd location. Nice lounge atmosphere in the lobby and excellent breakfast food & service by the pool area. I will be back here next time

Checked in on the 16th of November for my bday staying in the EWOW Suite, I'm a platinum Elite with Marriot Bonvoy and usually stays 60-75 nights a year in Marriot Hotels. They advertise that suite being the presidential suite on their property but literally there is nothing presidential about it, room wasn't as clean as it should be once checked in, suite don't have enough lightening in it, and the main issue was that the media room which was the fun room in the whole suite wasn't functioning as of the sound doesn't work. I have called in several times and they have sent "the Engineer" but he couldn't fix, keep in mind that it was my bday night. However; I have brought it when I was on the property, upon check out and even after where I have sent a couple of emails but nothing where I ended up forwarding the emails sent to the GM. He acknowledged, responded and apologized for the bad experience and asked his director of operation to reach out. She reached out and apologized and asked me to contact her directly in case I come visit again. Please note that the value that I have paid where I have booked this suite specifically for that room and didnt get my expectation but still paid for something that was never delivered. I have gave it a thought on what is the most fair to give but definitely not more than one star especially that an apology after all this bad customer service and bad value is more than enough
