Hotel is clean and nice but it is the first time I checked in a hotel that has no in room refrigerator for guests, the space for that is there but there is none, when I asked the reason why I was told there was a $ 30.00 charge per day to have one in my room. That was a minus for the hotel

We had been upgraded from our original room, which was a nice surprise. Parking in this area was challenging. The green light up water fountain stairs were a favorite of my 3 yr old daughter. Called for an extra blanket at night, at first no one answered the phone, then the blanket never came. Overall, clean and modern vibe with quickly front desk check in/out service.

the service was fantastic at the hotel, the gym was closed but the pool is beautiful.

As of July 17th there was still construction at the front of the hotel. When at the pool you will hear construction.

Kids are welcomed here. Amazing service from Abby !!! Loved how she brought my kids a kids cup without asking. That was very thoughtful. For many places we have gone this has been by far the best service we have had. We will most definitely come back. And sit I. Her section as well. :)

Solid hotel that has undergone a variety of renovations over the past few years. Great pool area, but can be a bit of a scene on weekends. Gets super crowded due to pool parties and this means hotel guests won't always have access to a lounge chair.

I called and made reservations over the phone and simply asked for a room with 2 beds. Upon arrival I was greeted by the front desk clerk telling me our room had 1 king size bed, but I could upgrade to a room with 2 beds for an additional charge. I was then told I could keep this room for the original price I was quoted if I could show them the confirmation email they never sent to me. I will not be returning to this location. Also the room is cramped.
End of rant.

I definitely had higher hopes off this Beverly Hills property, but it disappointed a bit in terms of room views, service levels & perks that you usually expect off the W. The pool side is amazing though, and obviously is well located in the UCLA neighborhood.

I'm not blown away by the W in Westwood. Quite frankly, if it didn't have the W name, I'm not sure if it'll still be in business. The staff is kind and the facilities need some cleaning up. A light bulb shattered in the shower while I was in there.

Im a platinum member. My firm has 20 rooms booked at this hotel for a pre-negotiated rate of 255. We've had these rooms for over 4 weeks. I was looking to have this rate honored for a room that I was to book for an additional 4 weeks. They would not honor the rate. SPG is over rated, over priced, being a member provides little to no reward.

I went for a professional function in the evening on the second level. We had both the outdoor deck space and an adjacent meeting room. The food and bar service was great, though it was chilly outside and they only brought out heat lamps later in the evening. The interior decor is quite dated. Valet parking was friendly but expensive (discount price of $16).

Checked in extremely late workout issue. For to my room and found what looks like an old piece of a chicken tender on the floor. Too late and tired to call management about it and would have forgotten about it, but I was offered to take this survey so there it is. My second night here seems to be going swell though.

Not a good Hotel for me. TV service kept going out, hot water is none existence and don't even try to heat your room because it won't go past 72 degrees. Not sure why I had all these problems at this place, this was very unusual for a Marriott brand. But I personally can't recommend this nor will I return again. Oh and for lunch you have to eat outside in the cold.

The restaurant is luxurious. I went to STK. It's very dark inside. Parking is valet. The steak was very good, order a bone in ribeye eye for $ 52 from 20oz. Drinks are well done order a moscow mule. In comparison to other restaurants for bistek I like much more Mastros, 555 East, Del Rae, and Morton's. Although it's not bad the restaurant did not fascinate me.

Somewhat good! Except the air in one of the rooms, it would not let us put it down which meant some hot nights. Being that this is a well known hotel you would expect someone to help you with the bags as you arrive, it didn't happen.

trendy hot spot in the westwood area with super fun pool parties during the summer and rambunctious evenings at STK. my only complaint is that this can be a loud hotel so if you want peace and quiet, book somewhere else.

Got upgraded to a "fabulous suite" which was fabulous. Took off one star for a AC unit which would not cool and maintenance took one hour to come fix it. The pool side breakfast was great. Superb location and interior as most W was great. The best part of the hotel was the valet staff

The hotel was great, but I had issues with their valet service. Make sure to take a photo of your odometer prior handing over your keys. I woke up the following morning to find my car rental had an additional 105 miles added.

Totally not worth it.

Totally not worth it.
Parking fee is 40$ , not included in hotel fee, and is higher than nearby parking lot. Breakfast is not included either.
The service is just so so, worse than its counterpart in HK
