I wonder for what there is a customer hotline at Vorwerk ??? You can call if you want you hang in the queue for hours nobody picks up.
And there is no answer to emails.
Juice shop high 10 !!!!!!!!!!!

We have been customers of Vorwerk for over 40 years. My grandma had one of the first Vorwerk vacuum cleaners. Have always been very satisfied.
But what Vorwerk can currently afford Sorry that is not possible at all .....

I have not seen such a bad store for a long time !!!! We have bought together with my neighbor packages in value of 3923 euros and wait three weeks still on our delivery !!!! In customer service nobody wants to help, because I would not be a contract partner! Nevertheless, this bad process does not justify it !!! In my opinion, the company should be completely terminated !!!!

I haven't seen such poor customer service for a long time. I have been calling my order for 2 weeks. Apparently DHL lost the package first, but they say they never received a package from Vorwerk. I am still longingly waiting for an alleged replacement delivery. A lot of money for little quality. You don't even have to write mail, they haven't been answered yet. Someone only takes a call after 15 minutes of waiting. I very much regret my purchase.

WARNING: Deception at repair service !!! Hereby I would like to share my experiences with the company Vorwerk. First of all, I would like to say that the good reputation "Vorwerk keeps decades" is unfortunately completely outdated. The electric floor nozzle of a Kobold vacuum cleaner did not work after 3 years. We drove to a Vorwerk shop to buy a new floor nozzle. The nice saleswoman had recommended us to have the device repaired, but only 99,00 . So we contacted the repair service, described the fault (the nozzle lights stay de-energized and the electric brushes do not turn, a pulley is loose, which should only be fixed in the course of repairing the first fault). The lady on the phone has confirmed this to me, if the defect should not be attributed to the floor nozzle I would have to pay only a test fee of 39.00 . As far as everything is ok, device was sent to Vorwerk. After less than a week, my floor nozzle came back. The repair report already signaled to me that the floor nozzle will not work. Two plastic parts were exchanged, a tunnel and the said roll and the bill over 99.00. Home arrived, result as expected. The floor nozzle does not work. Renewed contact with the service, they sent me a new suction hose and a suction tube for a cheap 118,00 . Result, the electrical system of the floor nozzle was in order the whole time, the defect was on the suction hose. Renewed contact with the service, the employee could understand that I disagree with the bill for 99 for the exchange of a wheel and was right that the electric floor nozzle was not checked at all before the repair if they made this mistake has at all. Because then you would have been able to call me if the wheel should be exchanged for 99 at all. The lady promised to talk to me about the case internally in order to be able to meet me with price on the bill. I do not expect a cancellation of the bill but only a reduction. After a week I have not heard anything from Vorwerk and I contacted the service again. The third employee insistently insisted that everything had gone right. It was irrelevant what I would have discussed with the service employees before repair, I have indeed signed the repair order! No accommodating, no service, nothing.
Therefore, I can only warn you to use the repair service !!!!

I have had the TM6 for a little over a year and the VK200 for almost 3 months with a lot of accessories. And I have to say that I am more than happy with it. I find it sad that far too few buyers rate here if they are satisfied. But if something doesn't work as it should, then you quickly have a bad rating ready.
I really enjoy both of my devices and I haven't had any extraordinary problems so far.
Of course there are always suggestions for improvement. For example, develop your own recipes and save them in the app or in the device. That would be really great. AND: Recipes WITHOUT sugar (additive, substitute) That works and tastes really great. best regards

Even too bourgeois for the bourgeois - after the sale, the service stops.

The company seems to be run by business economists and accountants who know as much about customer orientation as a snail from Formula 1.
The avoidance service is extremely lame, inflexible and unwilling to solve even small problems where other companies don't even say a word.

WMF will go down the drain through China goods and Vorwerk through its own ignorance. Was once a good company. Too bad.

worst customer service i have ever experienced! Inquiries are usually only processed after one or two weeks. The hotline is often very busy and sometimes cannot provide any real help. I still regret buying the VR300, which regularly causes problems.

Also, as a customer, I am very annoyed and disappointed with Vorwerk's approach to introducing the TM6. For me, this is a malicious deception of customers. Just three weeks after receiving the TM5, it has lost a lot of value; and with the information, of course, I would have waited for the next model. This leaves me as a customer only my criticism of as many places to place.

UNTRUSTWORTHY!
Delivery date was when ordering on 13.12. stated with 4 weeks and had to be paid immediately. The goods were not delivered even after 6 weeks.

Vorwerk does not reply to messages and the buyer protection with Trusted Shop is rejected by Vorwerk and the matter has been settled for both Vorwerk and Trusted Shop.

And there was NO information before Vorwerk about delays!

Today we got our vacuum robot repaired after just five working days. In addition to the delivery by DHL, this also included feedback on our assumption of costs.
The robot sucks like the first day. We are very impressed that it happens so quickly.

We are the owner of a Thermomix TM5 since 14.02.2019. Only a little later, the follow-up model TM6 appears and of course we are more than disappointed and annoyed that we have not been informed about this before; After only a few days, you have suffered a tremendous loss in value and loss of function, and you also lose the fun of cooking with the Thermomix.

As a customer, I find this procedure more than tricks and I hope that Vorwerk will receive the appropriate concessions. But on written and telephone requests I was refused a change offer. Of course, I would like to follow the advice of customer service and express my displeasure at this and all other places (consumer protection, Google, Facebook etc.).

Apparently you are not even in the long to issue a correct invoice.

Complaints about quality are dismissed with normal production. So please what's wrong with you guys?

The customers pay you a lot of money and you haven't been through the long quality controls?

Will withdraw from the purchase!

Personally, I advise everyone against buying!

I have been a happy customer for a long time and I am disappointed with Vorwerk's dealings with Thermomix buyers. (TM4 on TM5 and on TM6) Apparently, the overall image loss is less than the lost revenue. Unfortunately thought too short, the consumer will remember this for the future. My condolences to the employees who justify these management decisions and have to deal with the unfortunate customers.

Have now had the Kobold 140 for 11 years and were very satisfied. A bearing on the floor nozzle was now defective and we immediately bought the new VK 200 through our customer advisor. This also works very well.
Now I had a question about my data and have been waiting for an answer for several email requests. Vorwerk's customer service is unable to answer. So there is no customer service.
More sales could actually be made here, but this is not the way to create satisfied customers. And dissatisfied customers don't buy, you should know that when working in the trade.
So professionals don't sit there in customer service.

Update 02.03.2020:
Your colleagues are not available on the phone number, you are on hold forever. That's why I asked 10 times for a call back or a reply via email and contact form.
It was the beginning of January. Now we have no answer in March.

Update May 12th, 2020:
Still no call back from so-called customer service. What's going on with you?

Very bad service (1 month old suction mop) keeps going out !!!! At the price !!!!
After a complaint (we as a customer can send it in). (I can go where I bought the device) then I can wait 1-2 weeks for the repair)
2 weeks no replacement device, only for a fee of 39 - unbelievable ....... Never again VORWERK!
In addition, very poor accessibility - more than 10 minutes on hold, then given up. If you take it sporty, you try to reach someone at headquarters a few times a day. Unfortunately very disappointed. Can't recommend the service and the suction mop.

Was used to once a year someone logs in and checks the machines.
That was years ago.
Without service does not justify the high purchase price.

What is currently going on at Vorwerk? No longer reachable by phone, mails are not responded to. Made a return more than 2 weeks ago and until today there is no confirmation of receipt despite proof of delivery. But I keep getting left where I should take part in a customer satisfaction survey. Probably you are still working on "continuously improving our service"

My (very expensive) VR 300 robot now sank for the third time for repair, 4 weeks waiting time - and after returning again defective. Same mistake. Stinkesauer - the package returned- I was assured that I will get it until the weekend - of course not, now serenely says the service manager, it is not sent from Austria but Germany - and lo and behold - it has not been shipped (1 week ). Clear recommendation: DO NOT buy a VORWERK!
PS: The device is 6 months old and was 3 x in repair, ...

have the Thermomix TM6. none of the cookidoo recipes we have tasted so far taste good. Manually (without recipes) the device is very complicated to use. It is very expensive. No buy recommendation.

I am more than disappointed. We have invested a lot more than 2,000 in Vorwerk products (VR 200 - VK 200 - SP 530 - VC 100).
With the exception of the VC 100, ALL devices were sent in DIVERSE times during the guarantee period because defects occurred. At some point the robot drove through the area completely disoriented and with full swing against the furniture and the loudspeaker for the acoustic signals stopped working after just a few weeks. On the SP 530 (suction mop), holding lugs on the drawer that holds the rags have been rubbed off over time so that they no longer want to hold in the device. The plastic on the handle of the VK 200 tore after just a few weeks ... It was annoying and time-consuming to have to send the stuff in over and over again, but at least Vorwerk repaired everything without complaint during the guarantee period. BUT: After only a short time, exactly the same defects occurred again! Creaking loudspeakers, cracked handles, etc. Now that the guarantee has expired a few days, the noble company Vorwerk no longer sees itself responsible and demands a flat-rate repair fee of 90, - !
DISGUSTING! I grew up with Vorwerk, my parents and my grandparents always had Vorwerk vacuum cleaners and 30 years ago these were real quality products. Today's Vorwerk devices no longer have anything to do with the quality standards of 30 years ago! China junk quality at Maybach prices.
I am served! I will not invest a single tired mark in your products. NEVER AGAIN! VORWERK SUCKS!

And please give yourself your pre-formulated answer that you should please contact customer service, because you are also interested in a solution to the problem ...

You are not! Your customer service doesn't deserve the name!

Please understand if someone deliberately doesn't pay or isn't supported at all, a solution can be found. But it wasn't. Then go full steam ahead. Wish you bad bad.
