We are the owner of a Thermomix TM5 since 14.02.2019. Only a little later, the follow-up model TM6 appears and of course we are more than disappointed and annoyed that we have not been informed about this before; After only a few days, you have suffered a tremendous loss in value and loss of function, and you also lose the fun of cooking with the Thermomix.

As a customer, I find this procedure more than tricks and I hope that Vorwerk will receive the appropriate concessions. But on written and telephone requests I was refused a change offer. Of course, I would like to follow the advice of customer service and express my displeasure at this and all other places (consumer protection, Google, Facebook etc.).
