I am more than disappointed. We have invested a lot more than 2,000 in Vorwerk products (VR 200 - VK 200 - SP 530 - VC 100).
With the exception of the VC 100, ALL devices were sent in DIVERSE times during the guarantee period because defects occurred. At some point the robot drove through the area completely disoriented and with full swing against the furniture and the loudspeaker for the acoustic signals stopped working after just a few weeks. On the SP 530 (suction mop), holding lugs on the drawer that holds the rags have been rubbed off over time so that they no longer want to hold in the device. The plastic on the handle of the VK 200 tore after just a few weeks ... It was annoying and time-consuming to have to send the stuff in over and over again, but at least Vorwerk repaired everything without complaint during the guarantee period. BUT: After only a short time, exactly the same defects occurred again! Creaking loudspeakers, cracked handles, etc. Now that the guarantee has expired a few days, the noble company Vorwerk no longer sees itself responsible and demands a flat-rate repair fee of 90, - !
DISGUSTING! I grew up with Vorwerk, my parents and my grandparents always had Vorwerk vacuum cleaners and 30 years ago these were real quality products. Today's Vorwerk devices no longer have anything to do with the quality standards of 30 years ago! China junk quality at Maybach prices.
I am served! I will not invest a single tired mark in your products. NEVER AGAIN! VORWERK SUCKS!
