Have now had the Kobold 140 for 11 years and were very satisfied. A bearing on the floor nozzle was now defective and we immediately bought the new VK 200 through our customer advisor. This also works very well.
Now I had a question about my data and have been waiting for an answer for several email requests. Vorwerk's customer service is unable to answer. So there is no customer service.
More sales could actually be made here, but this is not the way to create satisfied customers. And dissatisfied customers don't buy, you should know that when working in the trade.
So professionals don't sit there in customer service.

Your colleagues are not available on the phone number, you are on hold forever. That's why I asked 10 times for a call back or a reply via email and contact form.
It was the beginning of January. Now we have no answer in March.

Still no call back from so-called customer service. What's going on with you?
No one at Vorwerk interested in improving anything?
