I have been a happy customer for a long time and I am disappointed with Vorwerk's dealings with Thermomix buyers. (TM4 on TM5 and on TM6) Apparently, the overall image loss is less than the lost revenue. Unfortunately thought too short, the consumer will remember this for the future. My condolences to the employees who justify these management decisions and have to deal with the unfortunate customers.
