This happens when you grow up, customers don't matter anymore. Last time they canceled the plane reservation, on the grounds that the money did not arrive, although I clearly specified that the bank transfer takes a day, they did not answer my countless calls and obviously I pay extra. On another occasion, for the reservation paid by the hotel, the guest stayed outside, coming up with an inferior hotel solution, very arrogant and authoritative in solving it. This attitude of authority doesn't help, and I'm a little tired. I do not recommend their services in any form, both with stress and with the money taken.

I recently returned and made an online booking. Not only did I get a confirmation, but I had to call them (the next day !!!), to go through a robot menu (endless), promising to call me. They did not call me. I came back - the same tiring menu, the Miss who answered me found my reservation, but told me plainly that "it was not done" (?). He checked the availability of the tickets (that is, he took it from scratch) and offered me a higher price.
Some companies are not made to become big. They are simply overcome.
I gave two stars (and not one) just because once they were ok.
