The most insensitive airline. About 1 year ago, I made tickets online with this company, I paid for 2 hold bags and when I arrived at the airport I had to pay for the second piece of luggage. The money was returned to me after great efforts. I said to give them another chance, and 1 week ago I booked 2 tickets to the U.K. I tried to contact them to cancel the tickets 2 days in advance for personal reasons and they said they would contact me.
