After I booked the whole holiday with them on the site 3 days before departure, the flight hours were changed. That meant I was losing touch with other flights. I tried to contact them, they told me they couldn't help me with anything and later they didn't answer. I had to spend an extra 400 euros for another flight. After I bought other tickets and arrived at my destination, I received a message from volan.ro if I solved the problem. I am writing to them that I have solved the problem but I want a refund for the lost tickets and they have not answered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO USE THIS SITE. I WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND AFTER THAT I DON'T EVEN CARE ABOUT YOU. 0 SERVICES 0 QUALITY 0 RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER
