Due to covid I had to cancel travel and they didn't work with me for a refund and wanted to charge me the same amount of the plane tickets I purchased to change the dates or names on the tickets since I also asked if I could just give them to someone else but that was the same fee. Just shocked they had nothing to offer considering everything going on with covid right now. Needless to say I lost the money but i Will Not use them ever again. I recommended avoiding them.
