Increasingly unpleasant experiences with them, exhausting discussions that end in frustration and nerves. They make reservations on the company, they have been their customer for a long time, but they treat you every time as if you are the smallest and insignificant customer. This happens when you grow up, customers don't matter anymore. Last time they canceled the plane reservation, on the grounds that the money did not arrive, although I clearly specified that the bank transfer takes a day, they did not answer my countless calls and obviously I pay extra. On another occasion, for the reservation paid by the hotel, the guest stayed outside, coming up with an inferior hotel solution, very arrogant and authoritative in solving it. This attitude of authority doesn't help, and I'm a little tired. I do not recommend their services in any form, both with stress and with the money taken.
