Customer service responds very hard, I asked for a refund, 6 days before the trip. After another few days I sent another email to find out the status of my request, they told me that only in 60 days Wizzair will analyze my request.
They blocked my account on the site. I can no longer access my account to find out the flight details.
I do not recommend flying, I would like to give half a star.
