Vola.ro Review

I have recently used their services for the first time and I can say that I am deeply disappointed.

1. I bought a plane ticket in which I was told in the mail that the details of the trip would reach me in 24 hours. It's been a week since I called the flight company, I did not know if what I received was not actually the flight ticket but just a "reservation."

2. When we have completed the details of the person for whom we purchased the ticket, we have entered all the CORRECT data, and then we have entered the person's email. Later I found out (that is, more than a week after I received the details) that the site did NOT DISABLE the browser's auto-complete function and SUPRASCRISED my name that I just wrote shortly before, with the bulletin in front of. The proof of greater amateur I have never seen, no site that respects and that has to do with the identities of some people does not do that, or maybe VOLA.ro makes it intentionally to take advantage of the people.

3. I called the VOLA.ro callcenter and talked to a lady who (after suggesting about 3 times that I was the one who was wrong, I tried to explain the point above with the site, but did not understand) suggested that the SINGLE method to correct this is to pay 68 EURO (the ticket was a total of 120) to change the name.

4. I called Blue Air (because I prefer to give them their money to modify the ticket) and they said I have the TWO possibilities. First, I go to the airport to pay 50 euros and the second to go with the old name card and the documents necessary to confirm the identity change (birth certificate / marriage certificate) ... FREE.

In conclusion, all this is going with the thought of amateurism, to the bad intent.

Execrabil ... the worst services ... I do not recommend! I took plane tickets from this agency and the information provided later was wrong ... it doesn't help you with anything! The agency fee is paid for nothing .. you do your own check-in because otherwise you wake up that you are separated and you have no paid luggage ... this is because nobody calls you from the agency to ask you how you want to travel with what luggage ...

Same situation as everyone else!

In the received email you said that it takes a maximum of 3 months until you will reimburse the money and 5 have passed;)

Very bad services offered by them, in one week I lost 2 tickets, one for Greece for 200 euros and one for Belgium for 70 euros. I do not answer the phone or email ... I will never buy again and I advise those who see the message to consider my problem, because I am not the only one! Reading the reviews of others, now that I have been fooled by them, I have noticed that many of us have the same problem!

You steal at conversion price and do not give you free luggage for long flights like other companies .... I recommend sky scanner or alternative

Everything went ok, online payment, instant tickets by email, for information they answered instant on the phone.
I should mention that I took 2 air tickets to Barcelona and they were cheaper on Vola.Ro compared to the company website.
I recommend vola.ro but also make a price comparison on the website of the company you fly with.

Horrible! Dysfunctional website, I had problems with my reservation and with my check-in. You call them, but not very kind staff.

Every holiday / trip with Vola was unforgettable; they are professional people, they respond quickly, they give you all the information you need, they send all the documents quickly, they solve any problem you have quickly; the site is easy to use and intuitive; I highly recommend.

A few years ago I bought a plane ticket. The experience of paying in the agency was very bad. They failed to announce a strike of those handling the luggage and it was to stay with things in Bucharest.

What can I say, I'm never to be fooled again. Or to be as fool not to use the flight companies.

I wanted to change stuff to my plane ticket and they charged extra. Whereas I could've done that thorough the flight company.

So, an advice for people flying for the first time.. don't use this.

Customer service has room for improvement.

I do not recommend this agency. My experience with them was more unpleasant. If I did not call the airline, the flight attendant would not even notify me of the flight changes, which had to be confirmed, otherwise the flight would be canceled. I advise you to buy directly from the airline's website.
The fewer intermediaries, the better.
Dear Vola, if you don't have enough staff, or you can't manage your reservations well, dealing with a large number of requests, you should take certain measures so as not to confuse people.
