Vitality Medical Review

Used to love this place and starting ordering my moms diapers via autoship to take advantage of the free shipping two years ago. Just happened to notice on my bank statement that they had gone up nearly $6.00 over the past few months. I called and was rudely informed that I now needed to spend $35.00 or more to continue free shipping. My normal monthly bill was $33.83 so I was literally a buck and some change away from that. You would think they would allow a good and loyal customer to continue what THEY promised to begin with but their customer service is horrible so I cancelled autoship and decided to order as needed. I placed an order on July 9, and also ordered a box of gloves to get up to the $35.00 /free ship price. My things arrived today and i checked my account on their website to find that I had been charged $21.00 dollars for shipping on a $40.00 order!!! I called and was on hold for over 10 mins only to be rudely told once again that the deal I was talking about was only good using autoship!!! Are you kidding me?!!! That was standard shipping...not overnight , 50percent shipping fee what a bunch of con artists!! The worst part is they won't do anything about it and when I asked to speak to a manager she hung up on me!! I called back and asked for a manager and the girl told me, and I quote: " Well...we do have a manager but she is really busy". Told me I could leave a voicemail which I did but I can guarantee I will NEVER get a call back. I loathe internet companies like this. They start out great but as soon as they start to get busy they think they are invincible and immune from going out of business. I for one am done with these dirty dogs and will be taking my business elsewhere...wish I had never given them a second chance. My bad, but I will never spend another dime shopping at vitality medical!!!!!!

I ordered a med e-lert pill distributor and paid for the $35 for 2-3 day shipping because I was moving and the representative promised me that I would receive my package two days before I was to leave. Come to find out my package would not be delivered until the day AFTER I would be moving. I was completely mislead by the representative! I would have paid for 1-2 day shipping to get my item earlier if need be! I received an email on Monday stating that my items had been shipped, but usps didn t even receive the package at their facility until two days later! After calling customer service multiple times (which is obviously NOT in the United States!) I was finally transferred to a manager, who promised to refund my money in 3-4 days. I have not received my refund yet, but will most definitely be updating this review if my money is not received within the promised time slot. I am very disappointed with this company and their customer service. The representatives lie and will tell you whatever you want to hear just to get the order and get you off the phone. I would give 0 stars if it were an option!!!

Online order was made on Monday P.M and Delivered on Wednesday A.M...Can't say much more than that ,, Package was great,product was exact! I will purchase more items in future. Great Company ........ Recommend.

It's amazing: Noone from the company can be bothered to respond to any of my emails, voice-messages or phone-calls, yet, as soon as I write a negative review, they have the audacity to quickly apologize and act concerned and STILL not address the issue.

I WILL NOT pay for shipping an item back to you when I had cancelled said item a mere 5 minutes after having placed it(mind you, this was on a Sunday. Send me a PRE-PAID shipping label.

Can't get them on the phone, don't return phone calls or emails. What kind of excellent customer service is that?

During the ordering process, everything went great. It allows me to choose the shipping of my choice and I choose 1 to 2 days delivery. However, it was not a 1 to 2 day delivery it is 3 to 5 days. I pay an extra of 64 dollars for that shipping. In addition, they gave me an order number that does not exist. It has been 3 days and I am still waiting on the delivery.

I ordered a LOCKING liner from Vitality Medical Supply. It showed a "LOCKING" liner on the web page (see screen grab enclosed). When I received it, it was a "NON" locking liner. I paid over $200 for this.
Right on the order page, its says.. "30 day easy returns" for this product. (see screen grab enclosed). Now when I call to return the liner, they say "sorry, no returns".. I asked them how they could use the wrong photo to advertise something, then use the 30 day easy return as an incentive to order, then say sorry, no returns... All I got was a letter saying they wont return this.

They carry just what I need for my colostomy and the delivery is very quick. Since my managed healthcare company, Healthcare Partners will not pay for the irrigation equipment it is great to have a company like this with great prices.

Received my order but the price is much higher than the competition. Still looking for a lower cost for Jevity 1.5 since I am on a budget.

I received my order very fast. The price is excellent!

They had what I was looking for and works much better than the option that I was given.

I ordered an walking boot on their website. The picture and description was the exact one that I needed. However, I received one that was not what I ordered. I contacted the company and got an email saying the correct one would be shipped. I just called today to find out when it would arrive. The girl on the phone (who was very nice) said that I should have received an email from the returns manager saying that they did not have that one as the picture and description on their website was incorrect and that they did not have that one. I never received this email and would have been really useful to have a few days ago as I need this in my recovery. So, buyer beware. I would double check with them before you buy whatever you are buying to make sure they do indeed have that one and that it is not a picture of the item they don't have. Extremely frustrating.

I paid $49.95 for shipping and handling for a 1-2 day rush delivery. Placed the order on 12/31/15 and order came only today. I was hoping that this was supposed to have been delivered on Saturday or at least yesterday.

I have ordered a shower chair, as it was shown on a picture, but actually it was just handles for the chair. I realized my mistake when I received an order. Naturally I requested return items, but before placing a request, I took a look at the list of nonreturnable items, it wasn't there. Request went through, but I didn't get the return labels. I called customer service asking where is my label and I've been told that this items isn't returnable. It is just two pieces of metal, in clear plastic bag which I never opened, still company refused to process return. I will never order from this company again, I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Good prices on neb supplies. Items shipped fast. Was split into 2 shipments. 2nd one to arrive in 2 days. First part arrived yesterday and before I even opened the box I could detect the smell of cigarettes. Upon opening the smell was much stronger. The packing slip and bag supplies were in reaked of smoke. If it wasn't for smoke smell I would give them 5 stars.

I have COPD exacerbated by a bout of pneumonia. I am taking pulmonary therapy and my therapist recommended that I get an Acapella choice flutter valve. I called this afternoon and a very pleasant young lady asked if she could help me. when I explained what I wanted she very efficiently, in a very friendly manner, helped me place my order. She even made me aware of a discount that was available which saved me as much as the shipping charge in the end. The process was very stress free and took a very short length of time. I wish every company would have such gracious and efficient employees. I nearly didn't make the order because of bad experiences I have had with some other on-line companies who make you feel that they are doing you a great favor by taking your money. this young lady made me feel that all she wanted to do was help me get what I needed.

I received an email stating that my order shipped with the tracking number. I continue checking FedEx for feedback regarding delivery and every day I receive the same message delivery pending . I paid for 3-5 day shipping and I m on day 4. I spoke to Vitality Medical via email and they stated that the package must have not reached FedEx and that I may still receive it within the original 3-5 day period. I informed them that if they have to resend another shipment to FedEx that they will beyond the 3-5 day shipping and that they should be sending the order next day air on their dime. I have yet to have this resolved and this is unacceptable behavior especially when these are medical supplies that are needed.

I work for ANZA, Inc., a design & manufacturing company in the Greater Cincinnati Area. We have been purchasing 60 cc syringes from Vitality Medical recently. They are competitively priced, ship quickly & the site is extremely user friendly. We plan to continue to use Vitality Medical for all of our syringe needs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a need for medical supplies, they are great!

Asked for a quote for items, took more than 24-48 hours to receive the quote. After ordering the items, I received an order confirmation that my order was being shipped to the wrong address. I had to call customer service and change it. The next day, I realized that the wrong shipping method was also selected, so I called customer service and was put on the line with someone who had informed me that my order was STILL being shipped to the wrong address. The order was finally fixed after 28 minutes on the phone. Terrible structure and communication in this company. Save your time, go somewhere else.

This people are a joke! My husband order 300 Catheters on 9/02/2019. Paid $205.02. On 9/04/2019 The shipment arrived with only 3 catheters inside this hugh box. He made more than 6 phone calls to customer services, he always got someone from India with the horrible english. On 9/13/2019 the order was Re-shipped again, It arrived on 9/15/2019 When we open the box again it only had 3 catheters inside. My husband made it very clear to them that he was short 297 catheters and that he was going to run out. That it was very important that they ship it out correctly and asap. Stay away from this trash of a company. Worst shipping department & Customer service in the country.

Excellent vendor, easy to order and shipping is lightning fast!

Placed an order at 12:32 on Thursday 7/5/18 and paid an extra $95.00 for "rush" 1-2 day shipping. Called customer service to ask why it hasn't shipped yet and after 20 minutes waiting for a human to answer they say it won't arrive until Tuesday 7/10/18. Won't give me my shipping fee back and customer service was beyond rude. Worst experience I've ever had with a company and will definitely not purchase again. You won't be in business long treating people like that.

Update: After leaving this review I was contacted by Vitality Medical and was offered a full refund. I have updated this review to reflect that.

Sometimes good sometimes bad. I have had good experiences. They do not disclose that the economical shipping option is the dysfunctional SurePost where the package goes from UPS to USPS and that is full of problems. I ordered a feeding tube on 5/31. I was transferred to USPS on 6/9 and now is apparently being returned by the post office. I can not get through to Vitality by phone since last Friday. They also don't respond to the contact us link. Very disappointed.

I've used Vitality Medical twice for kinesiotape now, and I've been very satisfied on both occasions with the price (best I've found), the product (excellent quality K-tape), and the speediness of the delivery (less than a week in both cases). Service was wonderful and I am very pleased with the amount of products Vitality Medical carries for my venous ulcer needs.

I ordered four different no-rinse cleansers as a body wash for a bed-ridden parent. They arrived quickly, but one of them was leaking somewhat, and two of them contained sodium lauryl sulfate -- in other words, soap -- which is not particularly good for sensitive skin and which I was surprised to find in a no-rinse product. One of the NON-sls cleansers did seem effective and non-irritating. Still, must knock off a star this time.

My second purchase: Exactly what I ordered delivered in a couple of days at a fair price.
Why would anybody shop other than Vitalitymedical Health? Oh, the person I talked with over the toll free phone number, treated my question with courtesy and knowledge/professionalism.

I was searching for ostomy supplies and happened to find Vitality Medical. The website is easy to navigate, though I struggled a bit with the item's description. I wish it has a picture for each model.

This was my first time dealing with Vitality Medical and will most certainly be my last. I ordered 2 tubs of Similac Go & Grow Soy formula for toddlers. My card was charged however, I received a voice mail indicating the product was no longer available - no problem.. Expecting to see a credit back on my credit card in rather short order, it still remains. After 2 days of repeated phone calls (no human ever answered, and no option for voice mail. Since its an automated pick up, I even went through EVERY option, still with no answer - the phone rang and rang). When I FINALLY reached someone at the contact number, I was told that the dollar amount ($75.39) was placed on a hold and that my card was not charged. The credit card company posted the transaction - tell me that is not a charge, hmmm - sure, and there is ocean front property in Nebraska. I have placed a call to dispute the charge.
