This is the second time I ordered from Vitality Medical. Their prices are among the lowest I could find on the internet. What impresses me about them is the speed of
delivery, packed well and arrived in perfect shape.
What a treat to order a product and have it delivered the next day. The order was exactly what we wanted. When I was having trouble ordering on the internet because of our connection the person I reached by phone made the order process so simple. I will certainly recommend vitality Medical to anyone who has a need.

I have been ordering from Vitality for quite awhile. They are quick with the deliveries and they have cut their prices. This can only help. There are a few things I do need from someone else. The price on those items is too expensive. Other than this I will choose Vitality for my medical needs.
Placed an order with standard delivery. Checked the tracking. They had been "processing" the order for several days. Checked the tracking today. The order just disappeared . No emails, no calls, no apologies. Been doing online shopping since late 90-s, never experienced anything like this.
I have had a great service with Vitality Medical. Although the main products i order are excluded and i can't get free shipping. I would love to get free shipping. But i do love your products and quick delivery.
Placed an order on a an "In stock" Item and a week later I checked the status and it says CANCELED! Why take money, or even have me place an order for an item I depended on and waited for a week and then cancel it?

I ordered an oxygen concentrator for my grandpa on Saturday 7/11/20. The company understandably requested a prescription for him, which I supplied to them on Monday 7/13 and received a prompt confirmation of receipt. I also called that day to change the address as my grandpa was nervous about the machine being shipped to his house and would rather have it shipped to my office where someone would be available to sign for it. The company promises processing of the order within 24 hours of receipt of the prescription and we paid extra for 3-5 day shipping. The status hadn t changed on Tuesday 7/14 and again stayed the same Wednesday 7/15. I called to check the status and to see where they were sending it and found that they hadn t changed the address and it hadn t even been processed. After talking to several people, they said it would ship soon. Same story Thursday 7/16 and Friday 7/17. I even asked if they d be able to give me overnight shipping and they said it s not an option. I countered him by saying that it is an option upon checkout for $78 and he said that this product doesn't qualify for that. It s horrible that they would even take your money for something that apparently behind the scenes isn t even an option. I m now trying to cancel my order to buy him a concentrator from another company. I hope I don t run into issues with this portion of my journey with them.

1. Order came incorrect. We ordered 2 ramps with handrails, only 1 ramp came.
2. Order came with no hardware to assemble pieces. I have been speaking with Cara and she is trying to pass the buck and have us speak to the manufacturer, when it is the distributors duty to tell us if the product should be assembled or not. I am not asking for installation instructions. She tells me in the beginning you dont need hardware, it should come pre-assembled, now she is saying that you do need hardware, but refuses to acknowledge that they haven't sent it. Then says that she is trying to help, but won't give me a straight answer.
3. I repeatedly asked the sales associate BEFORE ordering if we needed "x" parts and they said no over and over again. When the product came, we actually did need to order those parts.
They refunded our shipping and are shipping "one" of the parts as a courtesy but one thing that we cant get back is time. We have our shareholders to answer to. Apparently the only shipping they offer is two day shipping...not overnight.
Still waiting to see how if I can get an answer on if the hardware is included or even needed...
A great source for a wide selection of medical supplies at very competitive prices. My past orders have been shipped promptly, well packed and ay reasonable costs when applicable. Haven't had a reason to contact their customer support element but was pleasantly surprised when a person from their office called to ensure that my order had arrived. That's a rarity nowadays, and singular reason to use Vitality as a source.
My order came faster then quoted and was packaged nicely. The entire experience was as good as you could ask for. Well done.

Upon verification of my order from Vitality Medical I saw that I had mis-ordered an item. I Emailed them asking for a change before shipping. They kindly changed the order and it was on it's way immediately.
If you ever need service on your Oxygen Concentrator or any other thing you buy from them, GOOD LUCK. It took 2 weeks for them to tell me were to send it and it has been sitting in repair for a month now. This is the 3rd time trying to get something repaired and each time the same thing. NEVER AGAIN will I buy from these people.

I ordered a new CPAP nasal mask. I checked the internet and found the best price here. I thought I would order it here and give them a try. I had a back up company just in case this company had problems. (I wasn't expecting any problems but sometimes a first time order can become a very last time order).

I thought the shipping was just taking a while, but when I went to check on the order status today (3 weeks later!!) apparently it never went through the system. I asked them to ship the package express since I have been using a leaky CPAP mask for 3 weeks, and they refused. UPDATE: The company did follow up with me and apologized, as well as sent my package express. However, in the email they also offered to pay me to take down my bad review... SUPER SHADY!
Ordered an oxygen tank holder with expedited shipping. Thought it would arrive in 2-3 days but it is still in processing. I expected it in 2-3 days but now it looks like at least a week until it arrives.
After sending me the wrong filter I called and got "Helen" on the phone. Excellent skills, understood the issue, credited my account for the wrong delivery and found the correct filter by actually going to the 02 machine and looking at the filter. Very professional, very efficient and a pleasure to talk with.

This is the second time I have ordered from Vitality Medical. On both occasions placing the order was easy and the order arrived so fast I was surprised. Because of a long list of allergies I have trouble finding tapes and such that don't irritate my skin and make a bad problem worse. I would recommend this company to anyone.
You can't beat Vitality Medical for their prices or large variety of products to choose from. My mother-in-law is in an Alzheimer's care facility and I supply all of her incontinent and personal care products. For the past several years I have shopped both in person and online at various different places like CVS, Walmart, Target, and other lesser known places and by far Vitality Medical has more to choose from, lower prices, and the items are always in stock. The caretakers at the facility have asked that I keep ordering the exact items that I am ordering from Vitality Medical because they have been the best of everything I have supplied so far. I also love the convenience of having the items delivered directly to the facility.

Almost immediately the representative over the phone checked the order number on the screen and told me that the package should have been delivered around 3 pm. When I checked the front door, there was the package dropped of by UPS!

I was enticed to try Vitality Medical by the low prices, which allowed us to test multiple products at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, the order was incomplete and when I called to ask why an option was left out, I was told it was no longer available. I had to ask for a refund and when I pointed out the $7.50 shipping and handling only made sense when ordering multiple items I was met with "what do you what me to do?".
I would have ordered another option originally if I knew the item was not available or would have worked with them to try another product if the attitude was not so bad. I will not do further business with this site.

Vitality does not help with Medicare processing (i.e. a Medicare "UB82" claim form) and... DID NOT EVEN INCLUDE A PRODUCT PRICE ON THE PACKING SLIP SO I COULD FILE A CLAIM FROM HOME. At Last ! My first order was above and beyond my expectations. The web site had just about everything needed for Dads many medical problems that for the past 8 months I had to use 3 different web sites and 2 local medical supply houses to find special wrap bandages for Lymphedema,special personal care idems that make his everyday things easyer, to oxygen accessories for COPD, to lotions and cleaners for Wound Care, to the many things needed everyday known to anyone caregiveing for a loved one. BUYER BEWARE! Horrible Customer Service. Ordered a very need concentrator. They charge my credit card immediately ($1161.00) and have been promised 3 different shipping dates. I was told it was shipping last week, and yet come to find out that did not ship and they are now giving me a 4th shipping date in two weeks.

I ordered several wound care supplies from Vitality. The 5-6 items came in 4-5 different boxes (over 4-5 days), which was unusual. It was also frustrating trying to track so many. In fact, one said it was delivered but we never received it and I was trying to tell that to Customer service. They just wanted to argue that "it said it was delivered this morning at 9 am". Luckily, later that day one of my neighbor offices brought it over when they noticed the address.
Then the order sent was wrong in that I ordered a BOX of 12 gauze wrap bandages. I received 3 individual gauze wraps placed in a large plastic bag. The gauze were not individually wrapped and looked "dirty". There was no way I could use them for wound care.
When I called to contact Customer Service no one answered any of the several options given in the automated answer. I tried 5-7 times before I finally got to speak with someone. Then, I got to wrong area so I was transferred. I spoke with gentleman who did not understand that gauze wraps are not useable if not individually wrapped or in box-especially when dirty. He was also the one who was so argumentative about the gloves being delivered to me that morning-even when I told him that I did NOT receive AND that person who signed did not work in my office.
I ordered all on 5/4/16 and I am still waiting for the wrap gauze to come.
I believe that they need to look at all parts of their service line on this one. In addition, they need to teach their Customer service personnel the art of "service recovery" or they will lose their customer- like they will LOSE me.
