Used to love this place and starting ordering my moms diapers via autoship to take advantage of the free shipping two years ago. Just happened to notice on my bank statement that they had gone up nearly $6.00 over the past few months. I called and was rudely informed that I now needed to spend $35.00 or more to continue free shipping. My normal monthly bill was $33.83 so I was literally a buck and some change away from that. You would think they would allow a good and loyal customer to continue what THEY promised to begin with but their customer service is horrible so I cancelled autoship and decided to order as needed. I placed an order on July 9, and also ordered a box of gloves to get up to the $35.00 /free ship price. My things arrived today and i checked my account on their website to find that I had been charged $21.00 dollars for shipping on a $40.00 order!!! I called and was on hold for over 10 mins only to be rudely told once again that the deal I was talking about was only good using autoship!!! Are you kidding me?!!! That was standard shipping...not overnight , 50percent shipping fee what a bunch of con artists!! The worst part is they won't do anything about it and when I asked to speak to a manager she hung up on me!! I called back and asked for a manager and the girl told me, and I quote: " Well...we do have a manager but she is really busy". Told me I could leave a voicemail which I did but I can guarantee I will NEVER get a call back. I loathe internet companies like this. They start out great but as soon as they start to get busy they think they are invincible and immune from going out of business. I for one am done with these dirty dogs and will be taking my business elsewhere...wish I had never given them a second chance. My bad, but I will never spend another dime shopping at vitality medical!!!!!!
