I received an email stating that my order shipped ...

I received an email stating that my order shipped with the tracking number. I continue checking FedEx for feedback regarding delivery and every day I receive the same message delivery pending . I paid for 3-5 day shipping and I m on day 4. I spoke to Vitality Medical via email and they stated that the package must have not reached FedEx and that I may still receive it within the original 3-5 day period. I informed them that if they have to resend another shipment to FedEx that they will beyond the 3-5 day shipping and that they should be sending the order next day air on their dime. I have yet to have this resolved and this is unacceptable behavior especially when these are medical supplies that are needed.
