This was my first time dealing with Vitality Medic...

This was my first time dealing with Vitality Medical and will most certainly be my last. I ordered 2 tubs of Similac Go & Grow Soy formula for toddlers. My card was charged however, I received a voice mail indicating the product was no longer available - no problem.. Expecting to see a credit back on my credit card in rather short order, it still remains. After 2 days of repeated phone calls (no human ever answered, and no option for voice mail. Since its an automated pick up, I even went through EVERY option, still with no answer - the phone rang and rang). When I FINALLY reached someone at the contact number, I was told that the dollar amount ($75.39) was placed on a hold and that my card was not charged. The credit card company posted the transaction - tell me that is not a charge, hmmm - sure, and there is ocean front property in Nebraska. I have placed a call to dispute the charge.
