Placed an order at 12:32 on Thursday 7/5/18 and paid an extra $95.00 for "rush" 1-2 day shipping. Called customer service to ask why it hasn't shipped yet and after 20 minutes waiting for a human to answer they say it won't arrive until Tuesday 7/10/18. Won't give me my shipping fee back and customer service was beyond rude. Worst experience I've ever had with a company and will definitely not purchase again. You won't be in business long treating people like that.

Update: After leaving this review I was contacted by Vitality Medical and was offered a full refund. I have updated this review to reflect that.
