Beautifully set buildings with an impressive look inside and out. Clean rooms, friendly service and outstanding food from the restaurant on grounds. Was surprised it only came up as a 3.5 stars and feel it should be a 4 star hotel.

Greatest place to stay and awesome staff and food! Peaceful and beautiful. My family enjoyed their selves while I relaxed love the power doors excellent bonus great rates. Looking forward to returning soon!!!!

While somewhat dated, still a classic location for a corporate event with staff who are will to accommodate special requests.

I attended a conference at the wyndham hotel. The staff did a great job dircting attendees to the various rooms, keeping the food full and the trash empty. It appeared effortless despite the monumental effort they put into it.

It was beautiful, but the Internet was awful and there were no in-room amenities.

The hotel was awesome but the bar disappointed me. I ordered the ciabatta chicken sandwich and they were out, boo hoo. Then, two people ordered a meal and asked for au jus and they never came. 3 out of 4 meals, ruined. They definitely need to step their game up fo sho.

Great location just North of Richmond with gorgeous landscaping, rooms and a golf course.

Looking for a nice getaway with your significant other then Virginia crossings Hotel would be the ideal place to go.

Originally we were going to stay for three days although when we arrive our room was beyond filthy we only decided to stay here because of the reviews the website had with the extra Covid cleanliness it was supposed to have but it did not have!! The room was very dark not many lights probably to hide the dirt. There was dust everywhere it was caked on in many places the vent was horrible!! And the worst part was the Keurig coffee maker look like it never had been cleaned ever!!!! We were so disgusted that we checked out three hours later.

Was embrassed by Ms. Howard. She is a front desk employee. I was waiting to check in while she was on the phone talking... She finally hung up and began talk to two people that the other front desk associate was helping. She then says come on this side as if she was going to help us... I walk over she then continues to speak with the other two people... She finally put her eyes on me. She then begins to look me up and down staring at my fringes on my shirt (religious). It got worse from there. I would never stay here again. I was dressed down and I look young. I truly believe I was profiled. Jay the other front desk person was cool that's why I gave 2 stars.

1. Internet was EXTREMELY slow; a one gigabyte download took over nine hours, even the improved Internet service (10$) was >1 mb/s
2. No scan machine ir color printer even though it claims to have a buisness office
3. Room was avarage nothing bad or really good. Not exactly what I would call a 4 star

Friendly staff and service, let us check in super early for a wedding. Grounds were beautiful and rooms were clean.

Omg this place is beautiful and the staff is fantastic! Rene at the front desk is fabulous and the room is clean, bed comfy and rated good. Amenities are nice. The gym is very nice. Grounds are surrounded by lush greenery.

The rooms were very nice and the staff was helpful, but we heard loud banging early in the morning, an electronic buzz in our room (think it was the smoke alarm), a hotel worker tried to come into our room around 9:30 and we were mistakenly called to see if we ordered room service. Let's sum it down to a few weird things happened

Staff is excellent and the rest of the hotel is located in a very good location close to all amenities and a great golf course. The food is better than you expected and the views are quite pleasant. Worth a stop.

I have found clean, well furnished rooms and a friendly staff every time I have visited. This is my referred place to stay when I visit Glen Allen.

Our room was 80 plus degrees we are still here I think the thermostat was broke I m not really sure. What is important is that they helped us switch rooms and everyone was extremely polite. I also think we might be getting a complimentary breakfast for our troubles but I m not sure ? Anyways thanks for being awesome.

We came very late, but the staff was very friendly and attentive. The cocktails tasted great. The manager was there as well and made sure everything was ok. She was very friendly as well. Great experience all around.

The first thing you'll notice is the well kept grounds the hotel is very classy clean and well kept. The staff is professional, and the location is great away from busy areas and there a plenty of entertainment nearby and restaurants

A nice place to stay if you have an event you are attending here. A bit isolated and you are in the midst of a food desert. Steer clear of the on site food options and the mall a mile away is dismal. Best to get in you car and head down to Richmond.

This hotel was really nice. There was a breakfast in bed option that my wife and I enjoyed (standard room service, but a nice treat to fill out a card, hang it on your door at night and forget about it). There was an underground tunnel connecting the three buildings. It was really nice since it was 10 degrees out, but a little comfusing to navigate. You had to go through some doors that looked a little like staff doors. All in all, a good stay.

Most beautiful Wyndham hotel I've been too . Stayed here for a night for work and my stay was initially amazing until someone called my room saying they were from the front desk stating my cc card was declined... And if I could provide another card...Reluctantly I did... That card is denied also... When I threaten to come to the office to speak to a manager all of a sudden my cc that I checked in works ?! The next day three different purchases to put money in someones commissary account in a Florida jail from my cc that the rep claimed didn't work over the phone., This experience has me rattled to the point whereas I decided to never use this location again.

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. As a vegetarian, I was more than pleased with their selection of dishes on their buffet. Overall, it is a peaceful getaway, yet minutes away from RVA!

Unexpected Gem hidden in Sweeping, Residential Golf Course Community- you would never know this was here. Nightly prices are very reasonable. Breakfast is good and the overall accommodations are spick and span. Save for a very old and slow elevator and slightly obscured parking, you should find this place well-suited.

So, the girl who checked me in was very nice and helpful. However, the AC was not working in my room. It was soo hot I was sweating. I tried to deal with it but after an hour or so I spoke to the front desk. They were helpful and sent maintenance over pretty quickly. The maintenance man was friendly and got the AC to work, though it took a while for it to cool down. The whole process took several hours before the room was cool enough for me to sleep. I wasn't offered a discount or anything for the inconvenience which I didn't ask for, but it should have been offered out of courtesy. My giving a two star is simply a personal review of my experience. It wasn't a good stay for me. Despite my experience, I would recommend the hotel for others. The property is very nice. The room was clean. There was good energy. There were several good food options in the immediate area. Those positives didn't outbalance the inconvenience for me, though, so my return is questionable.

This was a very quaint hotel. I was very surprised with how big the rooms were and how exceptionally clean everything was. The views from the hotel were fabulous. Definitely a place to unwind for a weekend

We ate there following a AAA recommendation. Unfortunately they didn't seem to be adequately staffed or prepared for the large number of diners. My wife ordered the pesto pasta with chicken and the pasta was partly cold and the chicken was dry. I ordered rack of lamb medium rare and the center of the chops was raw. The redo was fine, but by that time my wife's meal was cold and my broccoli and mashed potatoes were cold and Iuke warm. The chef comped our meal which was appreciated, we were disappointed after the trouble we had gone through to eat there.

Upscale resort atmosphere and accommodations at mid level prices. Highly recommended.

Called in for a room with a nicer bathtub over the phone 45 minutes before my arrival. I booked the room at this hotel for specifically this upgraded feature. I was told on the phone the room was confirmed and I would recieve an email. Instead when I entered my room they gave me a standard tub, minor mistake in most cases. When I went to the front desk to inquire about it they said it was booked with a standard tub and no upgraded bathtubs or rooms were available. When I insisted I booked the upgraded room the lady at the front desk said Sorry, I can t do anything . So I called for the customer service line, and have yet to have anyone speak to me, it s been 3 hours. They could have easily solved this problem with a sincere appology, working to find a solution to satisfy the customer in some other way, instead it was a tough luck customer service approach, which I would NEVER expect from a location such as this. Very poor customer service, very poor experience. Too bad it s a nice hotel. I don t plan on comming back in the future unless the customer service department and booking department can get their act together. Very annoyed overall.

Beautiful grounds, great breakfast (but not free), nice rooms. The staff have been incredibly kind. Lots of chain restaurants close by. Great location for my purposes.

Room and property are nicer than the average HGI or Hampton. The rate was much much better than staying downtown, but the Tapestry refresh hasn t taken effect yet.
