This may be because I m so used to the Atlantis spa. I definitely enjoy the services at the Spa Toscana. My massage is always amazing and the pool is beautiful but i feel the amenities are lacking. Meaning the pool is a decent size but the whirlpools are not. I feel like comfortably one couple is the limit per pool and there s 2 with the exception of the ones in the locker rooms. The salt room is more of a closet and the relaxation room is hardly that with the walls being so thin you can hear a conversation in the next room over from whomever is working next door. The locker room is nice but who has ever gone to a spa simply got that?!? Also the room service at the pool is completely overpriced. My husband and i ordered a beer and a mimosa for 28$. I recommend the services but if you want to spend a day I d say go to the Atlantis.

Thanks Mike for the upgrade!! Loved the pool view!! Excellent staff, very nice and accommodating. Buffet was excellentwith a wide variety of different foods from different parts of the world. We stayed for brunch. Loved the smoke free parts of casino. Waitresses we're too few. I didn't get a drink offer until 2nd day, and I was at two different machines at the time. I love that it's close to everything. Loved the Pepper Mill Tower. I think it would be outdated, but it was certainly not. I ABSOLUTELY loved the valet stuff, particularly Danielle. So so nice and respectful. Thank you for making my sister's bday the best and very memorable after our drive to beautiful Lake Tahoe.

Casino was great...food, not so much. I was really looking forward to something that popped and would be amazing to talk about, but the restaurants were a bit of a letdown. I was told that they were in the process of hiring a few new chefs, so I'd be willing to give them another swing in the future.

The folks that worked there were great and hospitality was top notch! Played craps, Black Jack, and slots at all hours of the day. I almost always had a drink in hand, both alcoholic and non, when requested.

The rooms were amazing! Pay the bit extra to upgrade when you can, especially if you're staying longer than a couple of days. You will notice the extras! Things like dual shower heads, Jacuzzi baths, double sinks, bathroom tv's...the works...and that's just the bathroom. Furniture in the main room was all functional and useful without taking away from movement throughout. Beds were ok, nothing outstanding but the large and pleniful pillows were nice. The location off the main drag allowed for some amazing views of the snowy mountains without another tall building obstructing the view.

Summary: I liked the people, room, games, and how friendly their staff was. I disliked the food from 4 of their 7 main restaurants but I'd like to go back and would recommend to others.

Great place but I think the wallpaper and look of the furniture could be updated. The box under the tv that allows you to hook up you're own media was broken, but the video guys came to my room quickly and provided a work around. Fridge wont get ver cold. Service is very quite good here, so I give it a four rating

By far one of the most beautiful casinos in Reno. The outside is as beautiful as the inside. The tables run a bit higher as far as cost. They also have a huge sportsbet racing area if that's what you're into.

This Hotel is very nice, however when we checked in, they managed to make a bad experience. My husband made a reservation for 2 queens luxury room and they gave us keys to a 1 bed standard room when my husband went back to de front desk and showed them our specific reservation they did not want to give us the right room and were trying to convinced us to stay at the standard room for the price of a luxury room and they just wanted to give us a crappy twin weeler bed which was outrageous. Eventually they accepted there mistake and gave us what we were paying for but still not a good first impression. Very disappointing

Hotel and casino are of great quality and service. Pool is excellent. Gaming area is modern with a great atmosphere. Arcade is full of modern and classic video games for the kids. Food options are nice.

Good, slot seemed tighter than usual. We haven't been as much because husband has been sick. When slot seem to be tight we go to Eldorado etc. up town. We usually do fairly good at Peppermill . Then we plan another trip to play again.

Great eats, decent drinks (although Angry Orchard was only in 1 of 16 bars ), nice rooms, the spa was great, game room for kids was fun, my only complaint was I kept getting sidetracked by slot machines when I was trying to find a restaurant. Also the cash machines were dinosaurs and the crazy loud beeping was almost deafening!

Do you like a variety of fresh and well prepared cuisine at an affordable cost? Granted it's not a fast food restaurant, however it's as fast as you can walk and fill your plate with nutrional and delicious food. Say you like desserts? Ha, this is a confectionist's dream come true! Yes, the Buffet at the Peppermill is your place for culinary fulfillment!!!

We loved it here. We stayed in the Tuscany Tower on the top floor - 19. Our room was huge And beautiful (which they upgraded for free). Lots of restaurants and bars around the hotel/casino area. Plus we had an event in the ballroom so it was super convenient for us. I definitely recommend if you are staying in Reno.

Parking was adequate, they had a lot of construction going on or upgrades which will be nice in the future but was an eye sore in my opinion. I ran into an Employee there named Ron Ness and he was a fantastic guy. Had every answer to every question I had, without Ron Ness being there I would of had a tiny bit of malice in my thoughts about what was goin on around the resort via; the remodeling/clairvoyant working that is going on. But thanks to Ron Ness he made it seem like a fantastic ordeal and filled me in on how good it will soon become. Thank you Ron, you kept my head clear and made the experience fantastic. Thanks brotha.

If you are into hip hop variety over edm music Edge Night Club is the place for you! Multiple bar locations makes it easy to order drinks quick, plenty of open seating if you dont have a table and outdoor patio includes open firepits.

I went to the peppermill for hot august nights and ended up staying to gamble. The casino did not have a awful smell of smoke and the waitresses were always coming around for drinks and it was clean. And you could definitely watch the tvs all day. Very pretty inside and out

Hotel was very clean. There are a lot of different choices when it comes to dining. The sushi buffet was the best. For that it's best to sit at the bar where the chef can make whatever it is you want. The sports book is well kept and the seats there are comfortable. I only noticed one restroom area which was near the front.

Best hotel to stay at, but also the most expensive. If Is prefer to be on budget, but cleanliness was a priority, my second option would be Atlantis. I'll just make the following summed up to the point. Peppermill had a micorwave (upon request) for us to use to reheat our left overs from the previous night's dinner. Atlantis did not have any microwave at all for us to heat up our left overs from the road trip to Reno. We also stayed at Eldorado also, with a smoking room. The only benefit to Eldorado is that it's close to circus circus and silver legacy, but that's pretty much it. The hallway to the room, and the room itself felt outdated: like stepping back in time into the late 80's. Also, Eldorado had dirty glass cups for us to use in our room. They had lipstick stains on them. Peppermill had no such nonsense. Besides Atlantis, I'd also consider Nugget. Although Nugget can feel a little outdated, the rokm still feels clean and fresh.

A shining beacon in Reno. Rooms were amazing, clean, and quiet AND CHEAP. The facilities are so much fun with these great screens showcasing live action photos of nature around the world. Food was stellar. We went downtown one night and were even considering staying down there, but we are so glad we didn't. Peppermill is the only place to stay in Reno. FYI-they do allow smoking there.

Friendly staff, great restaurants, and covered parking. The gaming is top notch and they have an amazing arcade for the young people. The rooms are first class as are the pool, workout center and spa. By far, the best resort in Reno.

Really classy place! Good table minimuns, great full pay vid poker, easy to get drinks, and can't beat the decor and Peppermill fireside lounge. Love the scenery screens. The downside is there are major creepers at this place (like at every casino).
