I visited this store for the first time today and Team Leader Glen was extremely helpful in the process of switching to Verizon. He displayed excellent customer service, friendliness, was patient, and answered all my questions.

Keith R. is awesome!!!! He made me Verizon store experience so fun and easy. Great person to talk to and so nice! It was a seamless process getting and setting up my new phone it's Keith! He laid out everything clearly for me. Best Verizon store experience ever. I will definitely be back to this location!!!

Amazing customer service ! Needed to replace my phone after cracking it. Keith R helped me out for hours trying to get my new phone all set up and ready to go. I appreciate all the help he gave me and all the time he took out of his day to make sure everything was all good. Will definitely be back if I ever need help again !

Buyer beware. This is NOT a Verizon Wireless store...

Buyer beware. This is NOT a Verizon Wireless store! Even though the building is painted in red and black, even though all they sell is VZW products, even though the VZW sign is 1000% larger than their own, singular glass door adhesive-affixed sign...they are not affiliated with VZW in any way other than they sell their products.

I went in there to pre-order my hot new phone on a particular date in order to keep my unlimited data plan. Unknowingly, they stuck me in a shared plan and I lost the unlimited. Luckily, I was able to call VZW and have them straighten it out for me.

Long story short: save yourself the hassle and disappointment that comes from dealing with hucksters and go to the Verizon Wireless kiosk at BJ's. These guys are not to be trusted.

Amber not only gave me something that would work better for my business but just had such a great attitude I am happy to be a verizon customer again. I had great service at this location and I highly recommend going there. Lauren W. was so helpful and she was not pushy at all. She shared useful knowledge with me as I decided what I wanted to do, assisted me with iPhone set up and put the screen protector on (perfectly), and made sure that I was satisfied with my product. I couldn t be happier with my visit to Verizon Wireless yesterday. I have been a customer for many years, and this certainly will not change; I am very pleased with my ongoing relationship with the company. Verizon Wireless knows how to take care of their customers. I met with Jeff Caruso yesterday, and he is top notch. If you want the best experience possible when purchasing a new cell phone then visit Jeff at the Chestnut Hill plaza locale. He has the greatest personality, and so much knowledge about the ins and outs of the phones. Jeff went way beyond what was expected, and thank you. So very much appreciated. Susan

THIS PLACE HAS OVERPRICED FEES! My iPhone 5 wouldn't take calls so I took my old iPhone 4s here to be hooked up to my number for a temporary solution. They charged me $40 for the activation! I was NOT TOLD it was going to be $40 until it was all said and done. The sales agent insisted that I agreed to the $40 fee, but I only said no I didn't want to upgrade and that yes I wanted to this phone as my replacement. I had no idea if there even would be a fee! The $40 fee is more than the phone is worth! I have taken phones to Verizon stores like TCC in the past and its been only $10 to hook up a phone and thats paying for the sim card. I called to express that I felt I had been overcharged and the sales agent wouldn't do anything. Very disappointed. Never coming back here. So it goes to show these retailers can charge different fees and to ask upfront because these people will ambush you with the overpriced fee at the end leaving you with no choice but to pay the bill. And when you do express your concern about the price, they will do absolutely nothing about it.

I unfortunately have had to visit many Verizon stores with phone issues over several years, and its usually a very frustrating visit where you either have to take a number or deal with a young person with a know it all attitude and to say the least leaves a person feeling belittled and more times than i can count embarrassed and frustrated. However, after deciding to purchase a phone for my husband for Christmas, i decided to try a different Verizon store. First I called the store to make sure they were open and that I had the right location and a very courteous young man named Antonio answered, very professional and extremely kind.
So we went, and I have to honestly say I have never had such an incredible experience as I had at the Chesnut Plaza Verizon store and i have been in customer service as a professional all my life.
We were fortunate enough to have Antonio as our representative and we walked out of that store feeling fresh and knowledgeable and extremely well informed and thankful and taken care of.
I must also add, that the entire staff including manager were so professional while at the same time, made our experience fun and comfortable. This Verizon has our business for our lifetime. Outstanding kudos to Antonio and the entire crew, we now feel like family!

I enjoyed my visit today. The associate by the name Steve was very helpful. We got two upgraded phones he helped transfer our stuff to our new phones. He explained everything well to where we understood everything that was going on.

No matter what, I always go to this specific location for all my cell phone needs.
Everyone has always been very pleasant and friendly to talk with!
I absolutely HATE sales associates; this store doesn't have "Sales Associates" trying to sell you the next exspensive product. They have everyday regular people there to help if needed, resolve problems if it's there and Yes lol sell you a phone too if you want one.
The point is, they are not rude, uptight sale people....

The whole staff is shady. I went to get a phone because the real Verizon stores are closed. I was told they had the phone I want in stock but it was opened. I was assured nothing was wrong with it. Got to the store & the phone had a small scratch. At first I was told this was the last phone in stock, but magically they had the same phone sealed. One of the staff members tried to up sell me a watch when my watch was perfectly fine. Now my screen protector is all jacked up and I get push back from the staff. Shady shady store. Will never shop there again.

The staff lies and are not knowledgeable. I have a problem with my new phone and I am still waiting to hear back from them. Assured us that if we upgraded both phones our bill would be cheaper with the promotion they had going. Took a week to have met back removed from my account. Had to call in myself because when I called the number I was given I was told that it was the wrong department and I had to wait a long time AGAIN before I could get help. And of course when I was explaining what the guy at the Verizon store told me, the guy on the phone had no idea what I was talking about and no notes about anything that was discussed while we were at the Verizon store. Poor communication, giving wrong information or just flat out lied to and still no call back from anyone. Called to see how much to turn the phone back in and was told it cost me at least $70 for restocking fee, but the guy couldn't be sure about it unless I came in to the store again. What?!?!?!????....so confused. But I'm going to stop right here because I could go on about my negative experience.

Glen Abramson was my support assistant at Verizon and he was outstanding...!!! He went above and beyond any help I've ever had at the store. Seriously though. Horrible! A friend an I waited over an hour for help. The store wasn't very busy, maybe 3 pple needed help. There were 3 reps on the floor. No one greeted or even looked up when we walked in the store. One of the reps were finished with a customer he just got up and walked in the back (still no acknowledgement) we grew tired of waiting and left.

Dave musacchio was very helpful and knowledgeable of the questions we had for the new phone we were purchasing. He was very respectful and had us in and out in about 30 minutes!! So overall would recommend to go see Dave for your Verizon wireless needs!!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Verizon location. Our wireless expert was Jeff Caruso and he was kind, patient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered and our needs were filled. I highly recommend going to this location because the manager and supporting wireless experts were available and accommodating too but ask for Jeff!

Horrible. I was told I was going to have a buy one get on free through my sales man 2x. On my existing lines. I was miss lead by my sales man and now I am not being given what the salesman promised. I am now stuck with 2 year $1500 worth of phone that I was told in person would not be. Now the main office will not refund me my money or make right what there salesman sold me . I have been with Verizonfor 8 year or more and this is the worst experience and help I have beengiven The fact they will not honor what there salesman sold me in person on 2 separate occasion is completelyunexceptable. Horrible service and resolution to this issue. When I called to talk to a manager in there sales departmenthe hung up on me .

Proceed with caution!!! My wife keeps going to this place and getting bad expensive service. She has bought two phones that have broken. Her last one a Samsung Galaxy only lasted two months. When she took it in, she was told that it could be replaced in two days, and she opted for a new LG. She didn't realize that we would still have to pay the Samsung off. Also, Cellular Sales used my upgrade for her phone, that blocks me from a new iphone. On top of everything, they charged a $30 "upgrade fee." Cellular Sales customer service received my complaint, and kicked it to upper management. They denied help with paying the Samsung off. Verizon customer service was of little help but did offer a $30 credit. Samsung offered to look at the phone and try to determine the problem after mailing it in.
