Glen Abramson absolutely rocked our world. He sat with us, explained everything, and brought joy in our lives. Very informative, helpful and kind and absolutely had our best interest in mind. Ty guys for hiring this man!!

The district manager was one if the most condescending, inconsiderate, rip offs i have ever seen. he would not acknowledged his staff incompetent install an Otter box screen with bubbles under the protective device. he was going to charge an additional 20 dollars to have it Redone.

I came to this Verizon store where I met Glen. I am not computer savvy and didn t know how to get what s app. Glen helped me out on both phones and saved me money on fios. I wish all representatives are like him. Very understanding, patient and lovable. He makes my day.

Today's Verizon experience has probably been the best one so far! Keith Riley is extremely knowledgeable and made sure that I was comfortable with my Upgrade before I left the store! I recommend coming to the Chestnut Hill Newark location for all of your mobile needs!

Keith Riley was an excellent Sales Consultant. He was able to switch me from AT&T to Verizon Wireless with such ease. He was able to provide me with a new phone and a new line for $25 less a month than what I had currently with AT&T.

I WOULD HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. He was friendly and personal at the same time. He didn't pressure me into any decision. He listened to my needs and wants and set me up with the perfect plan.

I know I will be coming to him for future needs and wants!

I erase my last post since the Manager Glen said he would help me remove my hard inquire that was made without my PERMISSION. I have not received no call or email. Jeff lied to me to make a sale and did a hard inquire on me, when I CLEARLY TOLD HIM I DON'T WANT A HARD PULL DONE. He didn't care, all he cared about was making the sale and not understand the customer and their needs. Please DON'T go to this store. Not only did he did a pull, I had to pay $35 for a product I just bought the same day to return!!! Manager didn't care, well still doesn't. It's so sad how people are so selfish and think of themself for a sale.

Absolutely worst ever. Just go online to purchase phones ect.. They will lie and cheat you however they can. I wish I knew the man's name but they're not helpful if you're not go8by to make them money. Stay with Verizon customer service. This company is terrible.

Very polite and professional. Jeffery Caruso did not over sell us. He looked at our plan, made several suggestions and let us decide what was best for us plan and phone wise and financially best for us. Have been to other phone stores where either the didn't care or tried to oversell you.

I will never step foot in a scam center ever again...

I will never step foot in a scam center ever again .Worst experience with Verizon store ever.Totally got scammed and lost over 400dollars due to getting overpriced phone s and accessories. They sold me old phones and one broke and of course it's my fault. I just don't get how a business as big as Verizon can be so bad. Above all I'm probably paying way to much for such poor service.Never again is all I can say and thanks for nothing!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience at a Verizon store. In particular, Shannon Lindsey went above and beyond to help me. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the phone I upgraded to and made sure to transfer everything over from my old phone (contacts, pictures, etc.). This may sound like a simple task, but with my prior experiences at different Verizon stores somehow they didn't take the extra time to do that for me. If you want an easy, stress free experience, and want things done correctly I HIGHLY recommend going to see Shannon. Thank you for making my Verizon experience a positive one, and will be referring the cellular sales Verizon store to all my friends and family.

I received quick and friendly service during both of my visits. Ms. Jailane Torres assisted me on both visits. She was able to answer me and my daughters questions concerning the products we intended to purchase. She ordered a phone for me, of which arrived the next day. I would definitely revisit this location in the future.

Terrible service. I ordered a phone and it was a in store pick up. When I went to pick it up the guy Danny tells me that the phone was not delivered. I then called UPS again and they told me that the rep did receive the phone. Its ridiculous. They lie so much to make a sale. You go into the store and no one greets you, no one acknowledges you. If you don't want to work simply quit. Stop being so rude! You're not fit for the job. I don't recommend anyone to go to this store. Go to Diamond wireless in BJ's or the mall. They are much more professional!

Brutal experience with this place. Was sold a broken phone in the Newark, DE location. When I tried to exchange it they said I had to drive 30 miles to the Brookhaven, PA store to get a replacement. The associate I worked with could not have been less empathetic to my situation. Like it wasn't a big deal to send me on an hour long round-trip commute to pick up a phone. Upon arrival in Brookhaven, Cellular Sales then tried to charge me $40 in tax for the exchange of my broken phone. (I just purchased the phone in tax free Delaware one day prior.) I had to argue against it for multiple minutes, all the while feeling extremely unwelcomed in the store. I don't fully understand why anybody would work with Cellular Sales instead of a corporate run Verizon location. What is the advantage of using this company? If I just dealt with a corporate Verizon location there would have likely been zero issues.
