The staff lies and are not knowledgeable. I have a problem with my new phone and I am still waiting to hear back from them. Assured us that if we upgraded both phones our bill would be cheaper with the promotion they had going. Took a week to have met back removed from my account. Had to call in myself because when I called the number I was given I was told that it was the wrong department and I had to wait a long time AGAIN before I could get help. And of course when I was explaining what the guy at the Verizon store told me, the guy on the phone had no idea what I was talking about and no notes about anything that was discussed while we were at the Verizon store. Poor communication, giving wrong information or just flat out lied to and still no call back from anyone. Called to see how much to turn the phone back in and was told it cost me at least $70 for restocking fee, but the guy couldn't be sure about it unless I came in to the store again. What?!?!?!????....so confused. But I'm going to stop right here because I could go on about my negative experience.
