Horrible! A friend an I waited over an hour for help. The store wasn't very busy, maybe 3 pple needed help. There were 3 reps on the floor. No one greeted or even looked up when we walked in the store. One of the reps were finished with a customer he just got up and walked in the back (still no acknowledgement) we grew tired of waiting and left.
