I couldn t be happier with my visit to Verizon Wireless yesterday. I have been a customer for many years, and this certainly will not change; I am very pleased with my ongoing relationship with the company. Verizon Wireless knows how to take care of their customers. I met with Jeff Caruso yesterday, and he is top notch. If you want the best experience possible when purchasing a new cell phone then visit Jeff at the Chestnut Hill plaza locale. He has the greatest personality, and so much knowledge about the ins and outs of the phones. Jeff went way beyond what was expected, and thank you. So very much appreciated. Susan
