Proceed with caution!!! My wife keeps going to this place and getting bad expensive service. She has bought two phones that have broken. Her last one a Samsung Galaxy only lasted two months. When she took it in, she was told that it could be replaced in two days, and she opted for a new LG. She didn't realize that we would still have to pay the Samsung off. Also, Cellular Sales used my upgrade for her phone, that blocks me from a new iphone. On top of everything, they charged a $30 "upgrade fee." Cellular Sales customer service received my complaint, and kicked it to upper management. They denied help with paying the Samsung off. Verizon customer service was of little help but did offer a $30 credit. Samsung offered to look at the phone and try to determine the problem after mailing it in.
