Had issues with the cars that I was interested in when I looked online (out of the dealers control), but Donnie was quick to find me a very nice 2015 Toyota Corolla at a fair market value.

I just got a car there. This is the first time I've ever bought a car and they really helped me out. I didn't think I was going to be able to afford the car I was hoping to get, but they worked with me and made it possible for me. I am extremely grateful for the help. I also really like the car. Best car I could find for the money I had. It's an extreme upgrade from the 1994 jetta I had.

No high pressure, answered all my questions, showed me every car I wanted to see, never rushed me, never shoved me off onto someone else, listened and cared about what I needed, got me a fair decent deal, patiently stuck with me through a difficult situation. I was tryong tp buy a car because my hsband wrecked urs and he was in ICU not expected to live. Miguel was kind, gentle and understanding. I love my Toyota Rav4 and because of the way I was treated this dealership will be y first stop next time I buy. My girlfriend and I recently went in looking for a new car for her. We were immediately greeted by Kristy Smith, who gave us a very warm hearted welcome without the feeling of a car salesman involved. She is very personable and worked the hardest to get us the right vehicle at the right level of payment. Kristy even got a ride to Oregon to pick up the 4Runner we had out hearts set on and drove it back for us. She did such a great job, I even walked away with a new Tacoma which I love. She then sealed the deal when I returned to pick up my plates a month later and came up and got my plates for me. If you need a new car, go to Kristy and relax because you are in great hands. (This is a double review from both my girlfriend and I so quadruple thumbs up for Kristy!)

Rented a 2018 Camry SE for a week instead of renting at Portland airport. Saved a bundle; cost was less than half of lowest rate I could find at airport! Car was great, so much nicer than our 2012 Camry LE.

The smoothest and least stressful experience I've had buying a new vehicle. Dustin King my sales person went above and beyond to take care of me and got me exactly what I wanted out of my truck! Everything was completely transparent and he was extremely thorough in explanation of everything from every detail on the loan paperwork to the features and functions of my new truck. Plus finance had me in and out. Overall a pleasent experience! 10/10 would buy my next Tacoma here again!

I have been taking my 2002 Avalon to Vancouver Toyota since moving to Vancouver in 2011. I have always had a very service friendly experience. There have been a couple of very tricky service issues which their mechanics have solved without unnecessary expenses. Service Associate Mike Hoff is the best.

Every time I need service done at here, I receive exceptional service.. this last time Chris was so helpful and informative, she made all the difference in deciding how to proceed with the repairs needed as well as future items to keep an eye on.... can't say enough of how that was appreciated.
Vancouver Toyota has always been great. This is a high volume service area, the staff is extremely busy. And yet, they remains friendly and responsive to our needs. The waiting area is comfortable and inviting.
Although the service crew was slammed with work they took my car at the scheduled time and had the work done in half the time I had expected. They could have pushed for a new air filter but instead cleaned the existing one and recommended it be changed next time. Pretty impressive for a dealership!
I recently just got my new car there and I love it! Skyler was amazing! He listened to what I had in mind and new just what car I needed. He was very helpful and kind. I worked with him and MaryAnn, they both helped to reassure me through the whole process as I am a first time buyer and was nervous. This is the best place to shop for a new car. Miguel Garcia in the Sales Department got us into our new car. He is very friendly, easy to get along with, attentive, great listener, knowledgeable, and did everything in his power to meet our needs and wants. We did not feel pressured at all. Good service and a very comfortable waiting area with Wifi. The only thing they are missing is a decent car wash. The one they have is cheap and frankly I don't trust it not to damage my car.
What I appreciate the most besides the great service was that I didn't feel pressured in any way which made me come back after checking out a couple other dealerships. Also Vancouver Toyota showed me great respect by not wasting my time! Salespeople at other dealerships should take a lesson.

Service is good. Shuttle service is great if you don't want to wait for your car. Free car wash although you will not get a good wash. They need a better way to wash cars.
I had an incredible experience at Vancouver Toyota. Walked in on a whim, knowing what car I wanted and that I wanted a new car, but knowing it probably wasn't going to happen. With me being 21, barely any credit, and driving a crappy 2000 corolla, I had little hopes of being financed and finding a car I could work into my minimum wage, barista budget. Right away Rey came out to help us. We walked around, not finding anything on the lot that met what I wanted... He sat us down and showed us some more inventory through the computer. Found a 2010 white scion that I absolutely fell in love with. We test drove it, he gave me quite a few different options as far as financing goes, but having to attend a work meeting I left, scheduling a meeting for the following Saturday.
After talking it over with a few close friends, I went into the meeting Saturday not thinking I was going to be able to get financed. Sure enough, I was! And just like that, we found a number I was comfortable with, with a great interest rate, and a great warranty. And I drove off the lot with my car that same day! Rey was an INCREDIBLE help, he helped me understand a lot that I had no clue about, was patient, understanding, not pushy at all, and was always pleased to look up numbers for me or try to negotiate with the manager for me. I would DEFINITELY recommend Vancouver Toyota (and also, Rey!)
Skyler was easy going and no pressure. Take it from me I HATE walking on to a car lot, but he made our shopping experience very relaxed. He asked the right questions up front and helped us find something below our budget. He kept us entertained during the whole paperwork process and was upfront about the amount of time it could take (especially since I had a schedule to keep) I will definitely be back to see him for future car buying needs.
Had an issue with the car I bought from there about a month ago and was told the service tech that replaced a part on the car wasn't followed up with the final step of the process leaving me stranded for the evening with my child. It is now a week later and I will have to GO BACK AGAIN because the previous problem (that I had been told was "fixed") is now happening AGAIN forcing me to miss more work. Fair pricing on they're vehicles. But mechanic wise? Seriously. Something needs fixed on that side of things. I would rate higher but my car is STILL HAVING THE SAME ISSUES! I almost feel I deserve something in return simply for just the hassle of all this.
I had a small concern that was immediately addressed by the General Manager, Philip Cianni. He was outstanding, a credit to McCord s Vancouver Toyota and the Toyota brand in general. Awesome customer service! Highly recommend McCord s to everyone.
My experience here was fantastic. Absolutely no gimmicks or salesperson switcheroo tactics. I was in and out including test drive in less than two hours. Their service department is fantastic, My first service appointment was done in 40 minutes and came with 4 carwashes. Best carwash I have ever been through I might add.
Set an appointment to look at/test drive a used car on the afternoon of Black Friday.
Showed up and was greeted at the front door and directed to my assigned sales person. DeAnna found the car quickly and I was test driving it within 20 minutes. While I was on the test drive, the sales manager appraised my vehicle.
I returned, haggled pricing/trade-in value for a bit but we could not quite settle on a mutually agreeable price. Even though we couldn t find a pricing that worked on the used car, DeAnna helped me look at one of the 2021 Sienna vans as well.
We walked away without a deal but I really appreciated the dealership s approach and DeAnna s respect for my time. Hopefully I will be able find and buy another vehicle from this dealership in the future.
Bought a used car here, the experience was easy enough, but a very hard sell on the extended warranty which I was not pleased with. I haven't had the pleasure of using the service dept., the reviews it gets are dismal and I may just go to Wilsonville for service if my first experience is like the others here on Google. I will give them a chance though, and if the warranty isn't as good as they claim it is, I will send it back for a refund.
Update: Service Dept was quite good and have used their maintenance plan twice. Have not had to use the warranty that I was sold very hard by finance manager. Can you tell I am still not happy about that? Review raised to 4 stars for service dept. Car has been great, hard to beat a Toyota.
I worked with Cory Cox a sales professional in used cars. He helped me find a beautiful Rav 4, which I love. Cory and the managers of the used and new cars made sure all was good to go on this 2008 Toyota. They were professional, genuinely friendly and understood my concerns. I never felt push or rushed to make a decision. They were the same after I bought the car, which tells you alot about their character. We had a great experience at Vancouver Toyota. We got exactly the model we wanted with all the options. They gave us a good deal and the finance guy was great.
I ve had two extremely bad experiences in the last year and will never be back. The first experience we got home from a tire rotation and oil change and they forgot to put the lug nuts back on one of our tires. When they realized they begged us to come back immediately. The second was just a week ago I went in for my check engine light on and they said my oil control valve was acting up and it would be $1000 to fix it. I made an appt to come back and then they tried to say when I got to my appt it would now be $1500. I left and got my car checked elsewhere to find out my oil control valve was fine and it just needed a new thermostat. I paid to have it checked two other places to verify and both places said it was just the thermostat.
Had a pretty bitter experience at the service center, but I ve had a very good experience every time before I think this time it was mainly an understaff issues. The lady who was helping me with my service appt. was So. Busy. She seemed so overwhelmed.
I was waiting at the lobby/roaming around outside for a long time (3 hours) then when it got to my originally quoted finished time i sent a text just to ask for the status, and i never got a response so i didn t say anything and waited another hour. Then i started getting worried because it was getting close to 5 so i went in to talk to someone and the person told me that it had already been done and that they had tried to call me earlier, and i could def understand why she couldn t because she seemed so busy, it wasn t a problem for me.
I paid for all my services and told her to have a good day and yet again when i went outside i was left standing there for another 8 mins because no one pulled my car up. The people who were supposed to pull my car up were just grouped up and chatting/laughing, so i literally had to go in again and tell the same poor lady that no one is getting my car and she literally had to go out/find my key and tell one of them to do it. That last time i actually felt pretty neglected and frustrated.
I m happy with the car service itself but the whole environment seemed very understaffed, i left feeling pretty frustrated and i def had a better experience before.
I was pretty nervous shopping with my son to buy his first car! Donnie was awesome. He answered all my questions and made my son and I feel comfortable immediately! Thank you so much!
I was due for a cabin filter replacement. I received emails and Text reminding me, that is very helpful. The service was quick and easy, took the amount of time they said it would.
Took my car in for an oil change. Usually they're pretty good. This time, a few things bugged me:
1) When I got my car back and started it, the radio had been changed from Bluetooth input to FM input, and had been left playing rap music.
2) The technician broke a piece of my air intake. Things happen. They patched it together with electrical tape and ordered a new part to make a good repair, then told me it would arrive in a few hours, and the advisor would call me when it was in, so they could fix it. The advisor never called. When I called later the next day, they said the part was already there, and that I had to come in within the next 2 hours.
3) When I called the advisor's cell number on the paperwork, I got a wrong number. There was an error in the number on the paperwork. I mentioned it to them and they told me I was wrong, and that I misread the number. When I got home and checked . . . nope, they are giving out the wrong number.
Slow to send this , Skyler was most helpful in my purchase of a 2006 Scion . I flew in from Minnesota , was picked up at the airport and drove home . Thank you Skyler for sharing life experiences , much thanks for working with me on this purchase . to you & McCords Dealership ! Kim Hanner
I've only purchased cars from McCord's Vancouver Toyota, I own 2 cars from them and couldn't be happier. The free car washes, the toyota care service being a fantastic value and the happy faces anytime I walk in makes me feel like part of a family. Lynn went above and beyond, I contacted toyota because I was told from a card in the mail that my 15k miles free service was available, i scheduled an appointment and the man at the desk tried to charge me, I opted out of the service and contacted Toyota. They got back to me right away, and are mailing me a free oil change voucher. These small things are what cause me to recommend all my friends and continuing buying cars from this company.

Update Update.. Took my husband's truck in for an oil change. They did not ask me and they put different kind of oil in it. They put synthetic in and not the conventional oil. I asked the guy multiple questions and he could not answer me. I told him we put conventional oil in the truck the whole time why did they put synthetic oil he tried to BS me and told me there's no such thing as conventional oil for an 2012 F-150 5w 30w. I pulled it up and was like yes there is. Yes I know synthetic is better but it just worries me to change oil. Not trying to be a Karen but I would just appreciate if they would've of asked. Plus my owner manual says conventional oil. Unfortunately we have a warranty with them so I have to go there but I don't feel comfortable about it. So Sale's department is awesome excellent customer service just amazing The parts and service department pay close attention to what they do.
I bought my Toyota RAV4 from this Toyota and the sales man Dominick Sadegh was amazing. He was helpful, accommodating, and not pushy. He was able to give us all of the statistics and facts that we wanted and was so great, funny, and personable during the entire visit! We had such a great experience we decided to go back when it was time to get a truck. Unfortunately, when we went back we Dominick was not there and we had another lady (blonde). Very pushy, wouldn t take no for an answer, kept trying to run our credit score, then when we said no brought someone else over to sell us a truck. We decided to give the place ONE more try but specifically only go back to Dominick Sadegh. No regrets and I am SO HAPPY WE DID! Honestly, this place is great because of him. He is such a personable person and makes the whole experience less nerve-wrecking, easy, and even fun. I love how nice and helpful he is. He isn t pushy so I don t feel horrible leaving. If you do go here, I would only go to him. He really is the best. We ended up leasing a truck through him and I am so happy we did. Thank you Dom! You have made this experience a great one we are so thankful/happy!
Dominick Sadegh sold us a car around a year ago and he was great. We had an appt with him a few months ago but he was in a class when we showed up. A blonde lady helped us and was pushy and didn't listen to what we wanted. We finally said we're not buying or leasing and just want to pay on her current vehicle. She said she'd get someone to help us and a young man showed up with a folder on new trucks and he was surprised when we told him we just wanted to make a payment. We almost went to another dealer but stopped by to see if Dominick was available. He listened to what we wanted, showed us what was available, and got the lease to where we could afford it. He was perfect. Dominick will always be our go-to guy for vehicle.
Ok People! Hands-down one of the best dealership in the area. The staff is nice and helpful, and the most important thing they are knowledgeable about their vehicles. we were working with Nate and he is one of the nicest salespersons out there. Definitely, one of the best dealership experience I had in a while.
For me, this was my second experience on a dealership lot. The first time would have been two weeks prior to my truck purchase, and that also went great! As a reference, I was test driving the exact truck I wanted within 20 minutes on the lot, AMAZING! Donnie, the awesome guy that helped me was a great salesman. As I also work in sales to an extent, he was the perfect kind of salesman. I didn't feel pressured to purchase a vehicle and he truly cared to get me in the right truck. I left feeling obviously super excited for the new truck, but also in the professionalism between every employee I encountered. Donnie you rock man!
It sucks to own a 2017 Tacoma and have parts fail. It sucks even worse when you live 3 miles from the dealership and they tell you to drive back to Gresham where you bought it to fix a manufacturers defect. Too bad the service here is bringing down the Toyota name...
Brought my brand new 2014 rav 4 in for a simple 5000 mile service, with an appointment it took an hour for the car to even make it into the bay. Still waiting a half hour after that. Will try another dealership for the next service.
